I've always had a great experience with Lavin Car Rental. The cars are consistently clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. The customer service is outstanding, friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

It was my first experience with car rent ever and Lavin has set up very high level! Pick up and drop off was pretty easy and convenient. The car is very good, driving smooth, I really enjoyed my trip, despite I'm picky for cars. Definitely will recommend this company to anybody interested in! Looking forward to rent again with them!

Seemless service

Do NOT return your U-haul to this location. Today is May 1st, I returned my uHaul on April 26th. Today I called uHaul support and they told me the vehicle had NOT been returned. So it's sat on this lot for 5 days and nobody here has done anything. When I arrived, the employee took the keys from me with a smile and said they would return my deposit and email me an invoice - none of this has happened and it's been 5 days. I called uHaul support and they had to get the area manager involved. I've already waited 5 days for my deposit to be returned and now they are telling me it's going to be another 5 because this location didn't put my return into their system. I would NEVER have gone to this location if I knew I'd have this issue. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT come to this location.

They are scammers! Do not get your truck from here ! I parked my car at the spot where truck was parked. They called I cannot park there because it was a their private property ! I had to come back just to park my car somewhere else or they said they will block my car. When I returned my truck I filled up the tank exactly to the point I got it but still the next day they charged me more for the fuel. Very bad experience.

Incredibly unprofessional. I made a U-Haul booking over a week in advance with a pickup time of 8 AM, with after-hours mobile pickup option. I needed the truck at 8 AM sharp to get to the move out on time. They called me the night before telling me that mobile pickup is not available and I would have to come 8:30-8:45. I had to scramble to contact U-Haul and find another location on short notice. Luckily they found one, but U-Haul confirmed that Lavin does show mobile pickup available. Either update your information with U-Haul or don’t call me the night before telling me it’s not available. You had almost 10 days to review this booking. On top of that, the Lavin people tell me that this is U-Haul’s problem, which is impossible (various other U-Haul locations clearly show mobile pickup UNAVAILABLE). Then after they receive the cancellation, they call to tell me that someone will come in

If I could give 0 stars, I would! You should be very careful with this host and take hundreds of pictures of the car, otherwise you may be billed for damage you didn’t cause. We booked this trip through the Turo app. Communication was fine until we arrived at the terminal and messaged them through the Turo app to say we were there and asked where we should go to pick up the car but there was silence and no one replied. We then tried calling the host, but no one answered. Only after I texted the host directly to say we were waiting, they finally respond and stop ignoring us. Once we finished our trip, we received an invoice for $700 claiming there was damage we caused, which we did not. Unfortunately, we didn’t take enough pictures of the car and couldn’t prove them wrong. If you check the reviews on the Turo app, you’ll see the same thing happened to another person just a month after us.
