Brought our two Moroccan rugs here for a much needed cleaning, as the rugs are in high traffic areas and living with two cats the rugs were starting to get a bit grimy despite us beating them regularly. We'd been putting off cleaning our rugs because they have such a high pile we were afraid of the fibres tugging and losing significant amounts fabric, or the rugs losing their overall softness. Given our concerns we weren't sure who to take our rugs to to get cleaned - we went with Turco based on online reviews and the extensive detail they provide on their website on their cleaning process and different approaches based on carpet types - we felt we could trust their expertise. We are very glad we went with them, the results were tremendous. The rugs somehow feel softer than when we first got them and look great! Turco warned us in advance that given our rugs were Moroccan and were bright

My rugs were all returned in excellent condition. They look brand new - so much brighter and cleaner. I had a fringe added to one as well which looks great. The delivery service was superb - the gentlemen were polite and professional and even assisted me with laying out my larger rugs. All in all, I received great service!

They consistently make my area rugs look like new. My rug needed some repairing and it looks like new again. Excellent all round. Service was fast.

Good service however slow in communication for pickup.

Very disappointed this time. We have used Turco Persian several times in the past, but this time one of our rugs was returned with a stain. We were not notified of this in any way. We ended up taking the rug somewhere else and they removed the stain.

Not honest or reliable. Changed the price after pick up due to damage that they caused. Would never use again.

I was happy with the work they did on one of my carpet and decided to use their service for an additional 6 carpets. When they returned the carpets I was devastated to see my carpets with a yellowish stain, with damages to the pile and the borders that were not flat on the floor. This damages cannot be repaired and have deprived me from the pleasure that very expensive and beautiful carpets were giving me. I considered the justification given about the damages offensive to the human intelligence. I was promised that someone from their head office will call to arrange for an assessment of the damages and attempt to minimize them. Is now about two months and no one has called. Should you decide to use their service be aware that when they pickup and deliver the carpets you must sign a form that lists the damages and stains in your carpets even if your carpets have no damages or stains.

They do not know anything about Authentic Persian Rugs The world of handknotted Rugs is HUGE , people @ Turco are not familiar & little knowledge about genue Rugs.

Excellent service and a high quality cleaning of my wool rugs!

We included the small hooked rug just in case Turco Rugs could maybe repair it.

The price quoted was significant but we couldn’t be happier with the result.
