Worst auto shop ever! I got a deal and visited this auto shop. It was worst auto shop I've ever been! First of all, the deal was included oil change and some inspection. The mechanic changed oil but he did not change filter!!! what kind of service is that. When I asked why he didn't he said that the deal includes only standard oil filter and i'm driving Volkswagen so it's not standard and I should pay extra. Ok, I agreed to pay extra and waited until he can bring it from the next shop and sell it to me for addition $15. Guys! Just stay away from this place. You have to watch after mechanic every second what he is doing, this is not professional attitude.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I got a Groupon for an oil change. When I got there, he drained my oil and then told me that my car NEEDS synthetic oil which would cost an extra $40. He showed me the cap that says '0w-20' and said this indicates that I need synthetic. I drive a 2011 Mazda 3 and in the past 2.5yrs, no mechanic has ever told me that I needed synthetic oil. So I said no, just the regular oil is fine but he REFUSED to do it for me. He said the regular oil would kill my engine and he wouldn't take on the liability. I assured him that it's fine and the liability is on myself; I just wanted him to use the regular oil so I could leave. He wouldn't do it AND he had already drained my oil so I was stuck at the shop. I spent an hour contacting mechanics and Mazda to try and get a verbal confirmation from them so the owner could hear that it was fine. There was a lot of yelling and swearing

Horrible Horrible Service! The guy was so Rude. So Unprofessional, So Dishonest!!! Drop by on Saturday morning to get the oil changed for my Toyota using a coupon I bought from Groupon. There was one old guy(owner?) and one very young kid (looks like his son or a summer student. and doesn't look like know anything about cars at all) at the garage. There were no other customers at the time. The old guy asked the young kid to change the oil for me. They used the cheapest recycle oil which was held in a very dirty big barrel. When he changed the filter for me, I saw him got a used filter from the shelf. I asked if it’s new, the owner came over and said it’s new, I asked why it looks dirty and there is oil inside the filter, then he said this filter was just been tried in the other car and it didn’t fit well so he thought it can be used in my car(but to me, it looks definitely a used filter

Owner is very rude and unprofessional. Clearly gets irritated when you use a groupon coupon for your oil change. He told me “looks like you’ve done all the other work on your car already , did you just come here to use this coupon for a cheap oil change?” Argued with me falsely claiming that my Infiniti G37 needs synthetic oil when it’s not true. He just wanted to sell me the more expensive oil obviously ! Also charged me extra by telling me he doesn’t have change for $5 when I paid him the tax part with money. maybe you should stop using groupon for your business if you’re so unhappy about it! You bet it was my first and last time there!

DO NOT TRUST these guys, they dont speak a word of English, heard them scream at some older lady because they could not understand her perfect English, SAVE your money and go elsewhere
