Like mentioned from other customers - after care support is lacking. Also the technicians working on you keep talking to each other in their language and dont check up on you at all to see how youre doing. Only the clinic director “Maryam” seems decent otherwise random technicians walking in and out working on you no introductions no dialogue and they get upset if you need a break to stretch. Owner is nice however im disappointed that my experience is one of many and he doesnt seem to have addressed it with his staff. Lastly owner will promise full density on the scalp but they stop just short of the crown which is unfortunate because after two days of procedure youd expect full density as promised. Overall time will tell if the results are great but it is better to be informed about these things if you are considering this clinic.

I'm glad for the people who gave them 5 stars, must have had skilled technician for their surgery. Unfortunately I can't say the same for myself. My pictures shows the result. Besides the hair transplant, I paid for PRP, mesotherapy and exosome injections but with no results. My donor area is straight but the transplanted hair is frizzy and curly that goes upwards. It's an embarrassment to go out in public without a hat. The other issue I have is strange numbness/hardness in the front scalp. It should be gone by now as I got my hair transplantation in earlier 2025. Because of the suffering I'm scared to get the mess on my head corrected even at other clinics. Most of them were super nice to talk to but I wish if they were more knowledgeable in this field it would be way better.

I had my hair transplant done at this clinic twice, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. After my first procedure, the density was very poor and my hair still looked extremely empty. I contacted the clinic about my concerns, and they promised to do a touch-up procedure to fix the issue. Sadly, after the second procedure, the results became even worse than before. The hair density is lower, the work looks uneven, and my donor area was affected badly. I trusted the clinic to improve the results, but instead my hair situation was ruined further. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after spending so much money, time, and trust, I feel people deserve to know my honest experience before choosing this clinic.

After reviewing numerous negative comments and feedback from previous clients, I have decided to reconsider my choice and pursue treatment in Turkey, where I expect a higher standard of professionalism and care I visited this clinic last month for a consultation, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the outset, the front desk staff, as well as the owner, Kash, appeared unprofessional and dismissive. The environment felt rushed and disorganized, more like a high-volume operation than a medical facility focused on patient care. I waited approximately 1.5 hours before being seen. During this time, while waiting outside, I had conversations with several clients who had already undergone surgery at this clinic. Many of them expressed dissatisfaction and disappointment with their results, as well as concerns regarding the lack of proper aftercare and follow-up sup

Terrible experience. 1.) Did not call me by my chosen name, despite that being the name on the online consultation form and being corrected several times. The technician called me by my dead name in front of a room full of people and it was humiliating 2.) I'm a woman with longer hair that I love and take care of and the techs did not remove the hair that they shaved from the donor area, which created a giant dreadlock that my partner and I tried to remove for 8 hours to no avail. Padra said they would fix it and ended up ripping out all the hair, leaving the hair in that area 6-8 inches shorter than the rest of my hair. I was in tears when I got home... Keep in mind this was the hair above my donar area that was supposed to hide the part they shaved and harvested from.
