honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this dental office! ❤️ From the moment you walk in, everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, caring, and professional. Dr. Kousha and Dr. Aydin are truly the best — knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always making you feel completely comfortable and cared for. Nora and Sara are absolutely amazing hygienists, and every one of their assistants is wonderful as well. The entire team makes every visit such a positive and comfortable experience. You can genuinely feel how much they care about their patients. I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing dental team! Highly recommend them! 🦷✨

Dr. Elham Radi is an exceptional dentist. She is incredibly professional, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable, explains everything clearly, and approaches her work with great attention to detail. I’ve also had a very positive experience with World Dental Clinic. The clinic is welcoming, well organized, and the staff are friendly and professional, which makes the whole experience much more comfortable. Dr. Radi’s skill and professionalism are truly impressive, and you can tell she takes great pride in providing excellent care. I always feel that I’m in very good hands with her. I highly recommend Dr. Eli and World Dental Clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a warm and caring environment.

I’m not happy with this dental clinic. The appointment system is very unprofessional and poorly organized. Every time I go, the dentists seem to change, and I never know who will actually treat me. In my opinion, even Dr. Koosha as the manager doesn’t seem to have proper control over the situation. When you go to a dental clinic, you expect to be treated by a skilled dentist who understands your case and follows it through. That is not happening here. It feels like they are more focused on taking as many patients as possible instead of improving the quality of care. Patients are not really treated with enough respect or attention. I do not recommend this clinic.

I had a wonderful experience at World Dental Clinic! I needed to remove the braces & cleaning. and Ms Nora did an amazing job removing them. She also noticed other emerging problems and advised me proper treatment. She very was professional and calming! Disappointing Experience – Be Careful with Your Dental Insurance. My experience with this dental clinic was extremely disappointing. After taking X-rays of my teeth, the dentist told me that four of my teeth had cavities and needed to be refilled. I felt that these treatments were unnecessary, and they ended up using all of my dental insurance coverage, even exceeding my available benefits and planning treatments that would use my coverage for the following year. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to both my son and my wife. They were also told their teeth had cavities and required treatment. After switching to another dentist, we have not experienced these issues again and are much happier with our current care. Based on our experience, I felt the focus was more on maximizing insurance benefits than on recommending only necessary treatments. If you have dental insurance, be careful

I truly appreciate Dr. Aydin. He is a very professional and excellent doctor. I am also very satisfied with Ms. Yeganeh’s cleaning services. They were both wonderful, and I had a great experience at the clinic.

I am very concerned about the way this office handled my father’s personal information. They made him contact Sun Life at the office, the secretary instructed the Sun Life representative to send a printout of his past treatment and CDCP claims to his home and bring it to the office. They also made the same request of his friend. He should not be expected to provide this information without a clear explanation of why it is needed. There is no reason they need this. My dental clinic does not ask for it. Why should yours? If Sun Life wanted the office to have access to relevant information, the office should use the appropriate authorized process rather than asking patients to obtain records themselves. My father should not be expected to provide personal information for unknown or unexplained reasons. I feel my father was manipulated. I am strongly considering contacting Sun Life and

experience at this dental office. I requested a copy of my dental records and X-rays from September last year because my new dentist urgently needed them for my treatment. My new dental office contacted this clinic and explained that it was an emergency, but I was still told I had to wait5 to 6 business days. I went to the office in person to explain the urgency, but the office manager refused to help, would not allow me to speak with the dentist and asked me to leave. During our conversation, the office manager said to me, “You Persians are all like this.” I found this comment deeply offensive and completely unprofessional. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their background. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this office. I cannot recommend this clinic.»

I am very disappointed with the appointment system at this clinic. We waited approximately six months for insurance approval, and then another six weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Kousha. On the day of the appointment, we received a call informing us that we would need to see a different doctor instead. Patients are expected to respect the clinic’s policies and decisions, but the clinic should also respect patients’ time. Making a last-minute change after months of waiting is simply not acceptable. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way the situation was handled by the staff. While I was calmly explaining my concerns and trying to understand my options, one staff member responded by asking, “Do you want to argue, or do you want an appointment?” I found this comment unprofessional and inappropriate. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I went in for a routine cleaning and was told that several X-rays were necessary and that they would be covered at no cost. Later, I discovered that a significant amount was billed to my insurance without my clear understanding or consent. What is even more frustrating is that I have repeatedly requested copies of my X-rays, but the office has refused to provide them. As a patient, I believe I have the right to access my own dental records. Transparency and honest communication are extremely important in healthcare, and unfortunately, my experience here did not reflect that. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
