Absolutely loved my experience at NEEX Perfumery! The staff were wonderful, welcoming and knowledgeable, and creating my own personalised fragrance was such a unique experience. I loved exploring the different scents, experimenting with combinations and watching my perfume come to life. A must-visit in Toronto for anyone who loves fragrance!

I love this store, I have been waiting and I’m so happy I did and have gone back twice and have gotten my husband and son addicted to this location as well and believe me they’re tough to impress but now they’re actually happy to buy more perfumes at a much affordable price and great quality 🥰

I can't recommend this perfume store enough If you're a perfume lover on a budget, this is the perfect place. They have an amazing selection of affordable fragrances without compromising on quality, and the customer service is outstanding. Update: Their bottles are so bad that it broke after literally 2 min in the car and I bought two for my dad’s birthday! It was over 200$ I guess that’s what happens when you try to buy unknown brands! If the owners read this please improve your bottles cause your perfume seems great but the bottles are horrible! I mean I even had one of those gas station perfumes that are 5 dollars in my car and that didn’t explode. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER! Dani helped me a lot. Very nice person and great work I suggest if you want to get perfume ask for him.(old review I left).

I had an amazing experience at Neex! Their fragrances are incredibly close to the original perfumes they’re inspired by, and the quality is truly impressive. A special thank you to Rose, who was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me test over 30 different fragrances without ever making me feel rushed. Her exceptional customer service made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend Neex! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very disappointed. The perfume I received looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The presentation was terrible and felt cheap compared to the product photos. I contacted customer service and never received a response. I expected much better.

Just bought Two perfumes as someone has gifted me and suggested the place before. However the asian sales girl seemed to be extremely unfriendly , Arrogant and constantly giving looks for asking better suggestions. Owner in brown dress seemed friendly and helpful nature

Very disappointing. I ordered several items from Neex; without exception the fragrances were missing crucial notes (eg. "Krazy", their version of Kinski Kinski, is missing ALL the animalic notes, like the top note of castoreum) and appear to have been "cleaned up" to be less aggressive. Sillage and longevity are atrocious. I contacted customer service about a shipping question and received no response. And, given that they're a local business, their turnaround time of more than a week is kind of inexcusable. Their inventory is hugely impressive, but what does that matter if they're aren't faithfully rendering their fragrances?

I recently visited this store with a friend to explore since we had never visited before. As soon as we started to go by the perfumes, we were approached by two staff members who informed us that we weren’t allowed to smell the perfumes without being assisted throughout the store due to store policy. This made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The staff member even signalled us out with her hands, which felt very dismissive. As someone with anxiety, I find it more comfortable to shop independently and ask for help only when needed. We felt as though we were being kicked out simply for wanting to browse. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit. Update (2025): While I understand that stores have the right to implement policies based on their experiences, that doesn’t excuse the way those policies are communicated.
