I’ve relied on ASAP Computers in Thornhill several times over the years, and Ali Tajik came to my rescue once again when my Acer laptop developed a tricky DC jack issue that caused intermittent shut-offs. I wish I could give zero stars. Please do yourself a favor and do not use any services from this place. The owner never answers phone calls, and every single month we have issues. There is never a time when something isn’t wrong. This is by far the worst store and service I have ever dealt with. I gave him my laptop to fix, and nothing was properly resolved he only seemed interested in taking the money. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience

Ali was extremely unprofessional and rude from the moment I walked in. Instead of trying to understand the issue with my computer, he brushed off my questions and acted like he didn’t care. What was even more concerning was their lack of technical knowledge. Ali seemed unsure about basic troubleshooting and gave vague explanations about what was wrong. After keeping my computer for several days, he still didn’t properly fix the problem. Another thing that raised concerns for me is the number of overly positive reviews online that don’t seem genuine. Based on my experience, it honestly feels like many of those positive reviews could be fake or posted to artificially inflate their rating. I had a very disappointing experience with this computer repair shop, owned by Ali. I brought my laptop in for what was supposed to be a straightforward repair, but it was returned in worse condition than before. Issues that didn’t exist before suddenly appeared, and the original problem was not properly resolved. Communication was poor throughout the process, and when I raised concerns, responsibility was not taken. I expected professional care and technical competence, especially with expensive and essential equipment, but that standard was not met. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would advise others to be cautious before trusting their devices here.

What bothered me most wasn’t just only the terrible experience, it was also the owner’s response to criticism. Instead of addressing concerns, he publicly accuses unhappy customers of being fake, claiming they were “sent” to leave bad reviews and that he’s never dealt with them. The owner’s response to negative reviews is openly hostile. Such a defensive and arrogant reaction raises serious red flags. He accuses people of being “sent” to damage his business and claims he doesn’t know them instead of responding respectfully. That level of arrogance and denial makes it impossible to trust this shop. Judging by how negative reviews are aggressively handled, I’d be very cautious about trusting this shop. The attitude alone says a lot.

If you need to URGENTLY fix your laptop or computer DO NOT COME HERE. Kept my device for two months just to give quote whether they can fix it and they block your number just to not respond. I had to go in person just to get my device back. Awful experience 👎🏻 If I could 0/5
