What an absolute gem of a place. I stopped in for a fresh pomegranate juice and some ice cream, and I honestly left wondering why I hadn’t found this spot sooner. The pomegranate juice was incredibly fresh, rich, vibrant, and nothing like the bottled stuff. You can truly taste the quality and care that goes into every cup. The ice cream was equally amazing: creamy, perfectly balanced, and generously served. They absolutely loaded it up, and every bite was delicious. What made the experience even better was the service. The woman helping me was genuinely kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and truly enjoys making people happy. That level of hospitality is rare and makes all the difference. If you’re looking for authentic, fresh, high-quality treats and outstanding customer service, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back

Such a great experience! They were closing at 11 pm, and we were stuck in traffic, so we called and told them we’d be there around 10:55 pm. She was so sweet and said she would wait for us, but we basically flew there and made it by 10:50 😂 The saffron ice cream and faloodeh… OMG, so good!! And the ab anar was delicious too! Highly recommend this place!

As a regular customer who visits your store several times a month to buy fresh juices, I am extremely disappointed with my experience tonight, Monday, October 12, at around 10:30 PM. Unfortunately, you have an employee who is extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward customers. The way this employee speaks to customers is completely unacceptable. Last night, I ordered a medium-sized cantaloupe juice with ice cream, and it came with two scoops of ice cream. Tonight, I ordered the same drink and simply asked for one extra scoop, making it three scoops in total. Instead of politely explaining the situation, the employee started arguing with me, insisting that their drinks only come with one scoop and that it was impossible for me to have received two scoops the night before. I found this attitude extremely rude and disrespectful. What makes this even more frustrating is that

I tried the fresh pomegranate juice and the faloodeh dessert with ice cream, pomegranate juice, and sour plum. Everything was so fresh, refreshing, and delicious! 🍎❤️

I drove almost 90 kilometers to come to this juice shop, and the least I expected was some basic respect. I politely asked them to pour the drink into a larger cup so it wouldn’t spill on my clothes, but they refused and were very disrespectful about it. Really disappointing experience and definitely not the kind of customer service I expected.

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I clearly explained what I wanted, but she still gave me something completely different. When I politely asked if it could be fixed, she responded with attitude instead of trying to help. Very disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

We drove from Hamilton to enjoy Persian Ice Cream, we ordered PRINCE OF PERSIA. The taste was nothing like pomegranate, very sour and sweet that on first spoon we were done. No one out of 5 of us liked the taste. We hoped the taste was better and we could come over and over. The price was also high for the quality we got. I liked the cleanliness and look of the place while the lady who served us was super good.

YUMMY VERY SAFE TO DRINK Marouf Tochal Pomegranate Juice at 11A-7368 Yonge St., in the Thornhill area of Vaughan, was issued a closure order June 15 during a compliance inspection for operating in a manner of permitting a health hazard and for having an inadequate supply of potable water available.

I don’t usually post reviews but I had a great experience here. I really appreciated their attention to quality and the fact that they don’t use artificial souring agents in their products. The staff member who helped us was also very friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing us.

Super friendly service, tasty drinks, and open late—can’t beat that!

I strongly recommend that management reconsider their choice of employees.

However, I do think the prices are a bit high for the portion sizes.
