⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Zara enough! After struggling for six months with a terrible haircut, she completely transformed my hair. I absolutely love the result! I naturally have curly, wavy hair, and even after straightening it with a flat iron, it would become frizzy within hours because of Toronto’s humidity. I was also nervous because I had a bad experience with a keratin treatment in the past, but Zara did an incredible job. Now my hair stays beautifully straight while still looking healthy and natural. I don’t even need a flat iron anymore—I simply blow-dry it and brush it with a regular brush, and it’s smooth, soft, and frizz-free. Styling my hair has become so quick and effortless. Zara is amazing! I first got a Keratin treatment done by her a few years ago and loved the results so much that I came back to try Nanoplastia. She completely delivered! My hair looks and feels amazing. Zara makes the entire client experience so comfortable and personalized. I was very satisfied the first time I had this treatment done — the results were great and everything went smoothly. However, my second experience was completely different. I experienced significant hair loss, and not only did my hair not straighten properly, but it also became dull, lifeless, and visibly damaged. In some areas, the roots remained wavy as if the treatment hadn’t been applied at all. Unfortunately, when I raised my concerns, the response was unhelpful and her attitude was disappointing.

I did two lines for my hair to make it straight and shiny for one year and paid 550$. The first week it was nice but when I washed my hair , it changed to the last hair that I had! I cannot believe that I wasted my money. I recommend you to do not pay for that. It is temporary and all stories you can see on instagram are immediately after that . But the ladies were so nice and friendly. Parking was accessible.

I was very disappointed with the result!The worst part was that they didn’t seem to care about my dissatisfaction which felt incredibly unprofessional. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and results. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place to anyone.
