There was plenty of space around 3 pm when a lady with a yellow shirt approached me. I understand reserved parking should be respected, but the harsh and stressed way I was approached over a very brief stop felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. As someone wearing hijab, the interaction felt especially uncomfortable. Kindness and professionalism matter too.
