I would give this clinic zero stars if I could. My sister and I went to this clinic for full-body laser hair removal, and unfortunately, We had a very disappointing experience with Marjan and the clinic. I have fair skin and have previously had 8–10 full-body laser treatments at other clinics using the exact same Candela Gentel Max Pro machine. In my previous treatments, the settings were adjusted depending on the area and were usually between 12–16 J/cm². My skin was not tanned. I explained my previous experience to Marjan and even showed her photos from my previous treatments, where I had been treated at 14–16 J/cm². Despite this, she used a very low setting of only 8 J/cm² for my entire body. When I asked why the setting was so low, she told me, “Because this is your first time here. At this clinic, we start with a lower setting the first time and increase it during future sessions

I purchased a package of six laser hair removal sessions at this clinic, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Marjan was one of the technicians who treated me, and found her customer service to be very poor. From my very first session, she made me feel uncomfortable by body-shaming me. I found her attitude and comments about my body inappropriate and unprofessional. No client should ever feel judged or uncomfortable about their body, especially when they are paying for a service! Unfortunately, I had another unpleasant experience during my final session. Since my technician had changed, I ended up seeing Marjan again. She rolled her eyes at me and, in a very rude and entitled manner, said, "If you wanted to change your technician, then too bad for you, I'm the one working today!" I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional. On top of tha
