Arax Jewelers when above and beyond the call of duty to have my wife's ring repaired and cleaned. This was an amazing job they did and I was definitely surprised at the detailed work. Very skilled and knowledgeable and most likely one of the best places to purchase and have repairs done is this place. My wife cannot be any happier than what she received she thought it was a new ring just the way it sparkled. Truly amazing work. On my wife much appreciate this. An intern we will definitely recommend anyone that we know from family to friends and colleagues to send you more business. You focus deserve it. Highly recommended.

Went to them for a battery replacement on my Seiko watch and the service was excellent. The gentleman I was dealing with was incredibly polite and courteous, and you can tell him that he takes his job very seriously. Great shop, would highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Arax Jewellery. I brought in my watch to have a new bracelet installed and sized, and the watchmaker took care of everything on the spot. He also cleaned the watch for me, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. What impressed me most was that when I asked how much I owed, he told me the job was too simple for him to charge me and wouldn’t take any money. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare. The bracelet was fitted perfectly, the watch came back looking much cleaner, and everyone was very professional and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future watch work. Highly recommended.

Interestingly rude staff to say the least. People that get quickly agitated in customer service probably shouldn't work in customer service. Second store I called was able to quickly and kindly answer my questions. These guys do not deserve any of your business. After reading some of the other low star reviews it looks like they're padding their reviews by offering discounts to people who leave 5 star. Makes sense. Couldn't beleive my ears when I spoke to the CS rep. Very very disappointing.

Very rude encounter with the owner. I was trying to sell a diamond ring last month and Arax is the only place that I got very unprofessional response from. Like many others You could have said you are not interested instead of saying the diamond is worthless and I'm lucky if I can get anything for it. Unless you want to low ball me there is no need to say something like that.

Ridiculous customer service. Beware of this company. No ethics and no respect. They also pay for 5 star reviews as you can see from other one star comments that couldn't be bought. Don't waste your time here. Plenty of better jewelers in the area.

They did an excellent job replacing the setting of my wife's wedding ring.

Prices are more than fair as their pieces are such wonderful quality.
