I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt that Royal Interior Cleaning really deserve it; they offer quality services with efficiency and clarity. We had two large silhouette curtains cleaned, something many other cleaning companies were not willing to do. They came to our home, detached, and delivered back within the week. Super happy with their service and will gladly call them up in the future!

I was recommended by a friend who has used them countless of times and they sure exceeded my expectations. Super friendly and professional over the phone. Informed me about the process to get our Persian rug cleaned. Dimensions were measured and confirmed in person during pick up. Love how they use kid/pet safe products and I appreciated the ease of pick up and delivery that was already included as part of their pricing. Super easy and reliable. Will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

Do not believe their website. They’re reviews are a year old plus. I had scheduled a couch cleaning 3 seater with chaise and given a quote. Once the cleaner arrived he insisted my couch was a sectional??? Rarely have I encountered a service person as rude and condescending as this one. He wanted more money. The issue wasn’t the extra money if you were to believe their advertising the extra money would be worth it. But NONE of their advertising matched the level or lack of level of service I received from this company. Stay away from this company! I never did get my couch cleaned. After my encounter with the on-site cleaner AND office staff I dismissed him. I wouldn’t have it done for free. They are dishonest and have a total lack of customer service

do not book with this company, had my rug cleaned and they brought it back still stains on it and still smelled like before, i was told that the one time cleaning would get the smell off by 50% that was not true it looks like how I had it the first time so basically they take your money and you dont know if in fact was cleaned, the worker was very unprofesional just wanting to deep clean so he can make more money when in fact the rug was already cleaned before it just let a smell out. again if you want bad service and bad cleaning go with this company

They have terrible van driver, impaired driving, feels like he is drunk, very unprofessional.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I am an unsatisfied customer. They came and cleaned my L-shaped sofa and guaranteed 75% pet odor off of my couch. They praised their company was very professional and 100% customer satisfaction. I was absolutely NOT satisfied at with the results and I called back and spoke to a guy named Sam and he was so rude to me. He started arguing with me and putting words in my mouth and calling me a liar. He finally said that he would send someone out to my house again. The very nice gentlemen came back and cleaned my sofa again. It was still the same watered down solution they used on my couch in a spray bottle. I didn't bother to call them back ever again and using their services. I wasted $226 on a useless cleaning job. Today I received a disturbing phone call stating that I owe money and they threatened to send me to collections and to put a lien on my house. I h

Courteous service. Pricing is very clearly explained. Pickup and delivery was very prompt. Very clear communication. The cleaning service was very good. My silk oriental rug feels very clean and the colour looks a lot brighter after the service is done. Pricing is reasonable.
