I was trying to figure out where I could get USD in richmond hill that would be better than the bank. When I used my ai to find a place, it recommended Hannah exchange. Couple things with this place: 1. The rate for usd is definitely better than the bank.. as in way better. But you can call ahead to see what they may be offering 2. The parking may seem difficult, but before 4pm you can park on the road, or there is parking in the back of the condo as well, and if you are pressed for parking you can park across the street as well. 3. The location seems great as it is close to hwy 7, 407, and it is on bayview. I pass this place all the time! 4. The person who helped me was kind and helpful! I highly recommend!

I would like to share my personal experience with this exchange. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received respectful customer service during my interactions. In my case, the fees were higher than I expected, and the funds were held longer than I was comfortable with. Based on my own experience, I was not satisfied with the service I received, particularly regarding communication and professionalism. I hope the management reviews this feedback and takes steps to improve customer experience.

Very bad service. I called the exchange was quoted a price for USD purchase... Go to the location about 15 mins later she completely changes the price... Just be aware what u get quoted over the phone u may not pay the same in store. Would not recommend doing business with this establishment...I told her the price quoted is not the same her words "SORRY" BUY OR SELL term u got to be joking when i ask the lady do u have the USD on hand as i am coming over to purchase it ... WOW no point for stupid banter with u guys

Do not use this service!! I called and asked for their USD rate and was told by the gentleman that they do not have any US cash. I got my Persian GF to call and he gave her a rate of 1.37 and told her to come anytime to pick it up. The biggest issue is that I went down to Yonge st. And got service for 1.355.
