He takes the time to explain every step of the treatment and makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The other dentists are also fantastic, and the entire team is amazing. The dental assistants and the front desk staff are always friendly, respectful, and very organized. Their customer service is exceptional, and they truly care about their patients. Another huge benefit is that they accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), making quality dental care much more accessible. "Trust" and "peace of mind" are probably the best words I can use to describe my experience at Pearl Dental Group. For many years, I had the same dentist back home, and I trusted her a lot. I honestly never thought I would feel comfortable enough to see another dentist, let alone have that same level of trust. After moving to Toronto, finding a new dentist was a real challenge for me. I visited some different dental offices because I wanted to find the right place for me. But my anxiety was so bad that my hands would shake, and sometimes I couldn’t even walk through the door. I am so happy that I found Dr. Ebrahim Amin Salehi in Toronto. He was my dentist in Iran, and he was one of the best dentists in Tehran. I am truly grateful that after immigrating to Canada, he is still my dentist. I also have three children, ages 5, 6, and 8, who are treated by Dr. Peyvand at the same clinic. I can honestly say that I never imagined my young children could have dental work done and still have such a positive and happy experience. Very disappointed with my experience. I paid $2500 last year to fix the gap between my two teeth, and it has broken four times since then. Every visit costs more money, but the problem keeps coming back. It feels more like a business than patient care, and the staff is rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend.

I’m not happy at all with the service from dr ruby and Sara I was happy at the beginning as a patient we want to believe our dentist and think they’re being truthful I thought they were helping me at first I went in for pain and as soon as I can finish it, she looked and she was like you need a root canal so she does the root canal and then they tell me let’s see how it goes and they tell me that I’m covered from the insurance then they tell me it wasn’t covered then I had to pay more money and then I went to another dentist because I felt something was off and the dentist took an x-ray and he said I don’t understand why they would try to do a root canal. This tooth is not healthy should be removed. I felt so fooled they used all my benefits and now I gotta pay dental cost. Out of pocket instead of trying to help me, she just kept on being rude to me and telling me I have to pay extra.

I am very dissatisfied with this clinic's service. Their prices are extremely high. They perform procedures and add them to your insurance without providing details or pricing beforehand. When you call to complain, they simply say, "Sorry, we forgot to inform you." I do not recommend them at all. Be cautious and always ask for the price before any procedure.

I have recently experienced unprofessional behavior from the Pearl Dental Group on Finch Ave that I would like to share in detail. At my first appointment, I had my teeth checked and was informed that there was no immediate need for fillings. Last week, my husband had a dental filling appointment, so we called to see if we could move my cleaning appointment to the same day. They confirmed that my appointment has been successfully changed. When we arrived, my husband went for his filling, and I waited for my cleaning appointment. After a while, one of the staff members asked me to follow her to another room and offered me a seat. The doctor walked in and said that he wanted to fill one of my teeth! I was shocked and said that I had only scheduled a cleaning appointment for today, and the receptionist had not mentioned anything about a filling. Also, I reminded him that he had told me the

This office is very nice and the dentist and staff are very welcoming when you visit. I have done a lot of visits however I started to have doubts and after returning to my original dentist, it’s my opinion that the treatment plan from here is overdone to include redoing old fillings unnecessarily and treating small cavities without thorough consideration. Other dentist might look at historical X-rays to compare progress and recommend waiting to observe, using prevident toothpaste and focusing on dental hygiene so that your teeth can remineralize rather than just drill, fill and bill your insurance extremely excessively. Unfortunately I already had the work done but I would recommend getting a second opinion before committing to any treatment. That’s just my opinion.
