Dr. Azita Zerehgar is an exceptional pediatric dentist! She is incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with children, making every visit a positive experience. Her expertise and caring approach help kids feel comfortable and at ease, even if they are nervous about dental appointments. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. The staff at Smile Dentistry are also friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience at Smile Design Dental Centre. The clinic is very clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and professional, and they make you feel comfortable right away. Dr. Chandni is very gentle and extremely good at what she does. She explains everything clearly and makes sure you feel relaxed during the procedure. I truly appreciate her patience and care. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great dentist!

If you're looking for a fantastic dental clinic, this is it. I would totally recommend them for any dental needs. The entire team is super friendly and welcoming, and Yamin the hygienist is very good at what they do. They completely take the stress out of a dentist visit!

Dr mehran mom is the best experience I've ever had for fixing so many of my tooth. not just very patient and knowledgeable, Milwaukee through the whole process with in majors and pictures so you feel much better during that. thank you doctor

When they open this place it was the best now it is the worse place I will never ever recommend this place. The doctor is always late takes for ever to be ready to serve patients. They say new broom sweeps well now the broom is old maybe that is the reason I think gone from good to bad.

Extremely Unprofessional and Deceptive Billing Practices** I am writing this review to warn others about the incredibly poor experience we had at the Smile Dental location at Lawrence and Markham. My son, Samir, is a 20-year-old university student and a regular patient at this clinic. The front desk staff are well aware that he is a full-time student. Despite this, they pressured him into getting a teeth cleaning without our knowledge or consent, and subsequently charged him $144 for the service. When I attempted to address this with the clinic, they were completely unhelpful and showed zero regard for the situation. It is highly unprofessional to target a student in this manner and push for services without proper communication or parental awareness, especially when they know his financial status as a student. I have never dealt with such a dismissive and unprofessional dental office. I

I’ve been undergoing a long process for a front tooth dental implant at this office since August of last year. Overall, things had gone fairly well until today, which was my final appointment to place the permanent crown. When the crown was placed, I noticed that it was shorter than my natural front tooth. The dentist suggested grinding down my natural tooth slightly so both teeth would appear even and more visually balanced. I agreed, as long as only a very small amount would be shaved down. However, after the procedure was done and I looked in the mirror, I noticed that my natural tooth now actually looks shorter than the crown. The dentist explained that this is because my natural tooth isn’t perfectly straight, which makes one side appear shorter. But the whole point of shaving the tooth down was supposed to make my smile look more visually pleasing. Instead, my two front teeth now

Good dentists and hygienists, but the administrative experience has been consistently frustrating. After my cleaning, I was told the check-up would be next. Instead, the appointment suddenly turned into a cavity filling that I was never informed about beforehand—neither during booking nor when signing forms. I clearly told both the hygienist and dentist that I was not aware of or prepared for a filling that day and did not want to proceed. Despite this, they began the procedure and administered anesthesia. Only afterward did the receptionist come in to say insurance approval was needed. At that point, I was given two options: leave and rebook (after already receiving the needle), or consent to submitting an insurance claim. Feeling stuck, I agreed to proceed. Overall, the experience felt confusing and poorly communicated. I was repeatedly told that fillings are part of a check-up, but

3 hours and 3 strikes so the game has been called. I am very disappointed in this dentistry, is just a tidbit of how I truly feel. Let's just say we were scheduled for 12pm and didn't leave until 3pm. They had my children and I wait for 3 hours to complete their appointments because once again they messed up our appointment and instead of being transparent they literally right before my eyes moved us around everyone else's appointment. Every time I asked what was happening and why it's taking so long that's when 3 minutes became 3 minutes and 3 minutes turned into 20 minutes then again 3 minutes and so it continued. My children were starving and no matter how I expressed that it was the same excuse. When we arrived the waiting room was empty, half way through the room was filled with no seats and by 2:30pm we were the last ones there still waiting to complete our appointment. 3 seems to
