He was very professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Behnam is truly exceptional. He removed all of my wisdom teeth with such skill, precision, and care that I honestly couldn’t believe how smooth and painless the experience was. I had my first cleaning appointment with Azadeh and it was such a great experience. She was very kind and friendly from the moment I arrived, which made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything step by step in a simple way and even told me what each tool was for before using it. At the end, she showed me before and after photos, which was really nice to see. During the cleaning, she gave me a mirror so I could watch the process, and I was impressed by how careful and detailed she was. You can tell she really cares about her work and her patients. I highly recommend Azadeh if you’re looking for a dental hygienist. Thank you for such a great experience!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the dental care I received at Oris Dental, specifically from Dr. Shakib. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me in significant pain and out of pocket. During a routine annual check-up, Dr. Shakib insisted on performing a filling on a tooth, despite my protests and the complete absence of any symptoms or issues. I specifically requested an X-ray, but my request was dismissed. Dr. Shakib was overly confident that a filling was necessary, and against my better judgment, I proceeded. Within a few days, the tooth that Dr. Shakib filled became excruciatingly sensitive. I am now experiencing constant pain and discomfort, unable to eat or drink normally. Even the slightest touch from my lips causes significant pain. This level of sensitivity clearly indicates that the procedure was performed incorre

I had high hopes for this dental office, but my visit was very disappointing. While the dental work was fine, I was shocked by the dentist’s rude behavior toward a staff member during my appointment. It was unprofessional, distracting, and uncomfortable to witness. Patients shouldn’t have to see such treatment of employees—respect is key to a good workplace environment and reflects on the overall patient experience. This definitely needs to change.

CARELESS/ DISHONEST/ DISRESPECTFUL Not Honest from the start and don’t get back to you with answer as they promise. They clearly show that they don’t care. I came with my daughter more than 2 months ago to do orthodontic work for my daughter and after doing all x-rays and all exams. Then they mentioned that they don’t have an orthodontist yet and they will contact me when they hire one to put the plan for my daughter. They never got back to me and I called them 3 times and they promised they will call back with a final answer but no answer were given after that. At last, I went in person to get a final answer and to see why they were not honest from the beginning and informed me that they don’t have an orthodontist. Again they showed a complete careless response and said you can use the X-rays anywhere else. So basically just wasted money and time for no reason.

Dr. Heliya is a horrible orthodontist! When she worked at the Georgian Mall she kept blatantly calling me a liar & took off my permanent retainer without replacing it. NOT ONLY THAT she left me in discomfort with all of the glue on my teeth. She forced me to wear the ugliest flipper I've ever seen just because she wanted to be lazy & not fix it properly. Now another specialist is fixing the mess she created! Do not go to her.

the staff are so rude and disrespectful! i called to cancel my appointment a day before because i had a car accident and one of those uneducated receptionists kept saying they have a 48 hr policy and i should’ve called earlier and just because its my first time, they’re not gonna charge me.. 😐there was no empathy for me asking if im ok or not or what happened.. that is so unacceptable and wont recommend going to this place because they’re all uneducated and disrespectful people who don’t know anything about manners and customer service!
