The clinic is clean, well-organized, and appointments are always on time, the receptionist is friendly. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Ryan Zhang, he is an excellent chiropractor! Professional, knowledgeable, and caring, he genuinely listens to concerns and provides personalized care. I had very severe back and shoulder pain and fully recovered after four treatments. Highly recommended!

I visit this clinic two to three times a week and have tried physiotherapy, osteopathy, and massage therapy. I can honestly say they are the best. Every doctor and staff member is incredibly kind, professional, and caring. Every time I go, my body feels noticeably better. I 100% recommend this clinic not only for treating physical injuries and discomfort, but also for relaxation and the peace of mind that comes from knowing you are in the hands of experienced professionals who genuinely care about your health and well-being. ⭐️⭐️ Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with physiotherapy at Sheppard Clinic. I went through a total of 8 physiotherapy sessions because I genuinely wanted to improve my condition and resolve the problem I was experiencing. However, after completing all 8 sessions, I did not notice any meaningful improvement, and unfortunately, the issue I went there for was not resolved. What was particularly frustrating for me was that instead of discussing other possible approaches or reassessing why I was not improving, I felt that the main focus was on continuing with more sessions. I was repeatedly encouraged to come for additional appointments, even though I had already completed 8 sessions without seeing the results I was hoping for. Very disappointing experience. My initial assessment was done by one person, and then I was handed over to someone else for the actual treatment. During the assessment, I repeatedly explained that I have pelvic rotation and that a major part of my pain is around the sides of my pelvis/hip area. I spent a lot of time explaining exactly where I was having problems. When I was handed over to the person who actually treated me, I personally saw and heard that important information from my assessment was not properly communicated. This happened right in front of me. Important details I had repeatedly explained, particularly my concerns about the pelvic rotation and pain around the sides of my pelvis/hip area, were not properly passed along. What bothered me most was that despite repeatedly emphasizing the pelvic issue and the location of my pain, there was essentially no hands-on treatment

Also, the massage session with Gitta was the best professional and relaxing massage I've ever had in my life—all the muscle spasms in my body are completely gone!"

Best experience ever, the staff are so friendly and well experienced. Recently I am going to Dr. Faranak for acupuncture. The method she is working on is healing my mental and physical condition.

My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend that people do their research before booking here. The entire experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Communication was unclear, the treatment process was not properly explained to me, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. When I later raised concerns, the way the situation was handled only made the experience worse. I found some of the communication dismissive and unnecessarily difficult rather than professional and patient-focused. Based on my personal experience, I had very little confidence in the level of professionalism, communication, and patient care at this clinic. I will not return and would not recommend it to others.

I had a disappointing experience at Sheppard Clinic. The receptionist failed to disclose important information about the clinician’s schedule and fees. Additionally, the clinic's approach to treatment felt more focused on profit rather than genuine care. They pushed for a long-term plan that seemed excessive and overly costly. I felt as though they were taking advantage of people in pain by recommending extensive and expensive treatment programs. It's disheartening when a place that should prioritize patient well-being instead prioritizes its bottom line. I advise potential clients to be cautious and ask thorough questions about fees and treatment plans before committing. Transparency and honesty are crucial in any healthcare setting, and unfortunately, I found them lacking here. I am not sure why there are many positive reviews for this Clinic.

Had a 1-hour appointment but waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time, yet my session still ended on time and I was charged full price. No apology or adjustment offered. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Dr Peyman, my physiotherapist, Nashmin, the assistant physiotherapist, and Azal, the office administrator were all amazing, patient, and professional. They're such sweet people who made the whole process truly excellent. Highly recommend them!
