I had a really great experience at MH2 Dental for my cleaning and filling. Everyone was welcoming and professional throughout the whole process. I especially want to thank Clara, the intern, who was so kind, patient, and supportive throughout my appointment. She made me feel comfortable and was very helpful. A big thank you as well to Dr. Aly, who did my treatment. He was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. I truly appreciate the care and kindness I received from the entire team at MH2 Dental. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and professional dental experience!

This was a terrible experience! Service providers were unprofessional, they promised a teeth analysis with cleaning and the appointment was meant to last an hour. 1. no teeth analysis 2.cleaning was done in 20min and was not done properly also tried to upsell us more treatments. 3.practitioners were chitchatting too much during the appointment. 4.did not know how to operate the machinery properly. 5.practitioners were so unprofessional that when we brought up our concerns they left the room in hurry without taking any accountability and hid. I do not recommend this place seems to me they are just money grab and not concerned with patients healthy and safety. Highly dissatisfied!

I always have the most wonderful experience here. The team truly goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional care. The reception team is stellar - they are wonderful communicators and are very patient-oriented. The provider team is incredible. My dental assistant and my dentist were caring, efficient, and professional. I’m so pleased with my experience every time, and truly recommend this location.

I had my teeth cleaned today and overall it was a really good experience. It was my first time going through the full cleaning, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, but Yasmin was very kind and patient throughout the whole appointment. She kept checking in with me and explained what she was doing step by step, which really helped me feel comfortable and not nervous. I appreciated that she took the time to answer my questions and explain things after each part of the procedure. Overall, I felt well taken care of and the whole visit was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this clinic, especially for anyone who may be new or a bit nervous about dental cleanings.

Just got an appt yesterday with Dr. Ali I came there to get my teeth cleaned and also did some filling. First of all he did the filling with my dentures on and didn’t do the cleaning first. I don’t think he knows what he’s doing. I don’t even know if he even cleaned my teeth. I didn’t even feel that he cleaned it. What he does is talking to his assistant which I didn’t like the whole time. I’m not even sure why he does not focus on the client and do his job. I asked the assistant an Indian or Iranian lady for a tissue before but no she didn’t give me anything at all. I have to clean myself after and no facial tissue at all. What kind of clinic is that. I have to provide on my own . She is so unprofessional and not accommodating She just keeps on talking Dr. Alli. I don’t think I will come back and will not recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

The first time I came here, I loved it! I had a great hygienist and a great experience. My second experience was very different. The hygienist I got kept catching my inner cheek three times in a row with her tool. She would keep one hand with the tool in my mouth and look over to her tray and try and grab something else with her other hand, but the one in my mouth wouldn’t stay put and would catch my inner cheek. She acknowledged all three times saying “Oops sorry about that.” After the third time, I finally said something because that’s ridiculous. We also had a problem with the suction tube. She kept putting it right at the front of my mouth but it wasn’t suctioning any water, so I asked if she could move it back a little more or if I can just hold it because I felt like I was drowning as the water was just pooling. She seemed sarcastic when she told me “you just need to tilt your he

I had a very disappointing experience at mh2 Dental Yonge & Eglinton\. On Saturday morning, I went to the clinic in person and showed the receptionist my lower permanent retainer, which had come off but was still completely intact\. I clearly explained that I only needed it to be bonded back in place and specifically asked if the dentist could do this\. I was told yes, and the receptionist booked my appointment for Monday at 10:00 AM\. When I returned for my appointment, the dentist looked at my retainer and told me she could not reattach it, explaining that this type of retainer is not commonly used in Canada\. This was extremely frustrating because I had already shown the actual retainer to the clinic on Saturday and explained exactly what I needed\. The appointment was booked only after I was told that the dentist could do it\. If the clinic was not able to provide this service, I

I came in for a cleaning but honestly expected more. Some stains and buildup in the middle/back of my teeth were left behind, while in previous cleanings elsewhere my teeth felt completely clean and polished. This time it felt a bit rushed and I wasn’t satisfied.
