I visited this clinic for juvenile arthritis, and my physiotherapist was dear Afrouz. She is truly knowledgeable, skilled, and incredibly dedicated. She works with so much care, patience, and compassion. I had an excellent result and felt supported throughout the entire process. I would also like to thank their lovely receptionist, Sepideh, who is very warm, welcoming, and attentive. She handles requests with care and professionalism. This was honestly the best physiotherapy experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Toronto Wellness is one of the best centers I have visited. The atmosphere is calm and respectful, and the staff are extremely polite and professional. The reception team is very welcoming, and Ms. Mahdieh at the front desk is especially helpful with scheduling appointments and guiding clients to the appropriate services. I had an excellent experience with Niloofar, She is extremely professional, attentive, and skilled in deep tissue massage and muscle release techniques. I came in with lower back tension, and after the session, I felt significantly relaxed . She listened carefully to my concerns and customized the massage accordingly. I had a massage with Natalia and I was very happy with my experience. She has amazing hands and really knows what she’s doing. I felt so relaxed afterward. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again

had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. About three weeks ago, the clinic contacted me, checked my insurance coverage, and told me that my treatment could be claimed through my insurance. Based on that information, they scheduled appointments for me for three consecutive weeks. At my first appointment, I was told that the equipment needed for my treatment had not arrived, so the treatment could not be done. At my second appointment, they applied numbing cream to my face and I waited for approximately an hour. After all that waiting, I was then told that there was an issue with my insurance claim and they could not proceed with the treatment. I was told this was due to an error on their side. I had to wash the numbing cream off my face and leave without receiving any treatment, after spending a significant amount of time there and dealing with the discomfort and numbness

They are uncommitted and unplanned and do not care about the clients or their time. Despite having an appointment in advance, they suddenly canceled it by saying they did not have a physiotherapist.

Just had my second deep tissue massage with Nataliia and I’m seriously impressed! She really knows what she’s doing. I walk out feeling super refreshed every time. Can’t wait for my next session!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The service I received was nothing like what was described or promised. The manager or owner, Mona (whoever she is), was dishonest, dismissive, and completely unprofessional in handling the issue. There was no accountability, and her attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. It’s extremely disappointing to deal with a business that shows such a lack of honesty and professionalism. They don’t even deserve one star for how poorly they treat their customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. I have never encountered a manager as unprofessional and rude as Mona. She treats her staff with utter disrespect, speaking to them in a shameful and insulting manner right in front of customers. It’s heartbreaking to see the staff endure such toxic behavior. Stay away if you value respect and professionalism.

I had a very disappointing experience with Toronto Wellness and Physio Centre regarding a referral for custom orthotics. The initial assessment process was unprofessional, poorly explained, and felt rushed. I was not given clear information about the steps involved, timelines, or expected outcomes. More concerning was the result after using the orthotics, which was completely unexpected and did not deliver what was supposed to be provided. The orthotics did not meet the intended purpose, and the outcome was far from what was discussed or implied during the assessment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic at all!

I called to inquire about a workplace injury/WSIB, and the lady who answered my phone call had no idea what I was talking about. I found this strange because their website (see screenshot photo) stated participate in WSIB programs. I figured maybe the lady on the phone was new or needed confirmation from a colleague. However, what lead me to leave this one star review is the lady on the phone said "can you wait one minute?" Which I said ok...then after she said "I'm busy right now, can you please call back in one or two hours?". So unfortunate this clinic lost a potential client because of this lady on the phone who answered my phone call. I'll have to keep looking for another clinic.
