2 months agoI had necessary ptosis surgery/bleph at this clinic with Dr. Jagan (who was also incredible - see her RateMD) so I can't comment on Dr. Maleki himself, though he seemed friendly and if Dr. Jagan is great, I assume he is too. I wanted to comment on the staff at the clinic. They made a potentially uncomfortable situation for me (I'm not someone who ever thinks about plastic surgery or treatments - pretty low maintenance guy) into a place that was very warm and welcoming. The nurses during surgery were awesome and so kind. An experience I was dreading was actually really great and easy. As a clinic, I would recommend this to anyone.

2 months agoDr. Maleki has been very patient with me from start to finish. The nurses and staff are always very kind, helpful and accommodating. They are here to answer all my questions, no matter how silly I sound. They make me feel at ease. I am so happy that I did the surgery and I couldn't ask for better results. Thank you to Dr. Maleki and his amazing staff. I would definitely recommend Dr Babak Maleki. He is amazing. Thank you ♥️

3 months agoDr Malaki performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer and full face C02 laser and I’m over the moon happy with my results. I no longer look exhausted and older than I truly am. The team at Toronto Eyelid Surgery are extremely supportive and knowledgeable, the fact I could reach out to the nurses and ask questions made my recovery so much easier. Thank you again to Dr Malaki and team!

6 months agoDr. Babak Maleki and his staff were beyond amazing and professional. I had a consultation regarding my lower under-eye bag surgery, and after seeing a few other surgeons, I can honestly say I feel the most confident with Dr. Maleki. He made me feel very comfortable and genuinely cared about making me happy with the results, rather than just focusing on the procedure itself. That really stood out to me and made all the difference. I can’t wait for my surgery on June 8 I feel completely confident and in great hands!

Edited 8 months agoI am very happy with my choice of clinic for my surgery. I chose Dr. Maleki because he is an Ophthalmologist as well as an oculoplastic surgeon. I didn’t want to take any chances with my eyes. I had upper blepharoplasty and a temple brown lift last August and I’m so pleased with the results. The surgery went smoothly, and the aftercare was excellent. If you want to look 15 years younger, I highly recommend this procedure and Dr. Maleki and his team to perform it. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you

3 days agoMy experience — $15,000 spent and ultimately very disappointed I spent approximately $15,000 on my experience with this surgeon, and unfortunately, I ultimately regret my decision. To be fair, I was initially very happy with my upper blepharoplasty. My upper eyelid incisions healed well, and I was pleased with those results. My disappointment is primarily with the additional procedure I underwent to lift and reposition the outer corners of my eyes, which I felt I was encouraged to have. During the healing process, a stitch popped out and had to be stitched back up. Unfortunately, the area never healed properly, and I am now left with a noticeable gap at the outer corner of my eye, where the upper and lower eyelids do not meet properly. Five years later, I am still unhappy with this result. Another major concern was my permanent eyeliner. The surgeon knew I had permanent winged eyeliner,

a week agoI cannot thank Dr Malaki and his team enough! The surgery was a huge success and I was super impressed with the outcome. I wasn’t sure if it was going to come out right after having my under eyes botched after fillers from somewhere else , and everyone told me not to do the surgery in the event it would come out worse, but I am so happy I didn’t listen to anyone and left my face in the hands of Dr Malaki . He was amazing and I would have done the surgery 100 times over . Thank you for giving me my face back. Also thank everyone in that clinic as well. Highly recommend for anyone who’s under eye fillers turned out horrible.

Edited 6 months agoI had a lower Trans-conjunctival blepharoplasty with skin pinch done in February 2023. I wish I could say that my experience was like others below however it was not. After so many visits to the office and them providing me with different diagnosis every visit and treatments, I ended up doing a revision surgery on August 15,2023. The revision was not successful as I still have majority of my concerns from first surgery, not to mention on day of revision surgery they told me that they did co2 laser (first surgery)on me instead of the Erbium knowing that I can not have co2 laser and it was never recommended in my initial consultation, nor was I consulted on this change or advised until I kept questioning it. After first surgery my eyes have never been the same, the corners are super tight and give me tingling feelings, I have major idents to both sides of eyes (which they said I will need

6 months agoMy wife did her surgery with Dr. Maleki in 2023. She has never been the same. She also wrote a review about her experience and for some reason doesn’t show here. Actually all his prior reviews are not showing up so not sure how that’s even possible. He definitely doesn’t have 5 Stars. My suggestion is to not trust social media as doctors will never post the bad work they have done and created. There are reviews on other platforms that you may want to look at .

Edited a year agoDr Maleki performed an upper and lower surgery on my eyelids. He was playing music and I would say dancing all the while . He had a young nurse assisting him and I was thinking this Dr knows what he’s doing. I went back for a check up after the surgery and even though my right eye was all red he never said anything was wrong with it. My regular appointment with my optometrist meanwhile came up and I went to get checked. He discovered my retina had been cut and he sent me same day to another specialist that performed yet another surgery. I had to lay on my tummy for eight days while my eye healed. It never recovered and I have now poor vision in that eye. I would expect to have a full refund that I have paid Dr Maleki.

a year agoI had eyelid surgery at this clinic four years ago, and it was a serious mistake. The technique used was outdated and overly aggressive — it left me with exposed inner corner on my left eye and a visible structural defect that should never have happened. I’ve since consulted with multiple experienced surgeons, all of whom were shocked by how poorly it was done. They confirmed the method was not only inappropriate for my case, but outdated even at the time. The surgeon dismissed my concerns completely and kept repeating things like he had “strong attention to detail” completely a level of delusion that’s honestly disturbing considering the result. If he wasn’t capable of doing this safely, he should’ve said so instead of going through with it just for the money. I will never forgive this clinic for what they did. This is not a place to trust with your face — especially not for delicate

a year agoPermanent damage to my eyelid, with constant irritation and redness after surgery, which costs me thousands of dollars to manage, and still have not find a doctor to fix this botched result. Not helpful response on follow-up, denied causing the problem.
