I've been going to this chiro med center for treatment on my knee for a while now and it's been a really great experience. Hamid has helped me a ton throughout the process. He treated me, showed me the proper workouts and exercises to do, explained everything clearly and always had my best interest in mind. He's super friendly, easy to talk to and very understanding. You can tell he actually cares about helping people get better. Every visit has been a positive experiance and I always leave feeling more confident about my recovery. I had a very disappointing experience at this medical office. I spoke with Mashid, after asking for her name, and asked a simple question about whether physiotherapy or chiropractic treatment might be more appropriate for me. Instead of answering professionally or directing me to someone who could help, she told me that I should already know the answer and that I shouldn’t be asking her medical questions. I found her response extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I understand that staff may not be able to provide medical advice, but there is a much more respectful way to communicate that to a patient. I expected basic courtesy and professionalism when asking a legitimate question at a medical office…

My initial review I had a troubling experience at Chiro Med Centre, primarily due to the way the situation was handled by management. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, rather than supportive or respectful. I felt looked down upon which was uncomfortable and disappointing, especially in a healthcare setting where respect and empathy are essential. I hope that with changes in management, there will be a positive shift in attitude and a stronger focus on respectful, patient-centred communication. My response to owner Thank you for your response. At this stage, I do not feel comfortable engaging in a direct conversation with management, as my experience with the manager involved felt rude, dismissive, and lacking respect. I have been attending the clinic since September following an accident. Mahshid the Admin is extremely rude and unprofessional. She cancelled my appointments without notice with my having to find out upon arrival. Naz is professional. Dr Kheri misassessed me resulting in insurance delays. Mohammed and the massage therapists are great. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic and have moved on to another clinic. Jan 10/20, Thank you for your response today. Just to clarify, I never cancelled my appointments and was on my way on Jan 9th only to learn that you had cancelled the appointment. With this type of miscommunication i decided to move on and have provided the feedback to the insurance company.

Usually I don’t leave negative reviews but…This place doesn’t need any patients. The receptionist is so unprofessional and rude. She said she doesn’t want waist her time calling to insurance company and didn’t explain anything though we were going to book an appointment with specialist. Don’t recommend this place.

I just want to say if there was no star option,I definitely would do that! Management of the complex is the first step of every business,specifically in the medical area ,you expect professional and respectful staff! Mahshid , who is working now as a manager of this clinic but not base of education or her skills! So aggressive,extremely rude and unprofessional! I asked simple question as it was my first time,she started to talking so loud and threatening me to cancel my appointment, as my insurance going to be expired at that time and I didn’t have any other option for rebooking in other place , after that she hang up on me !then she started to call who ever from my family she knew them and started to explain herself and … I never seen something like this, s.b should ask from this person who gave you this right for calling your client sibling and friends !unbelievable.
