I love coming here for my laser hair removal. The clinic is beautiful and everyone is always so kind and welcoming. The laser treatments are so effective and I am very happy with my results. They make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in which is so important for treatments like laser. The lady who does my treatments is so friendly, professional, and makes every appointment a good experience. You can tell that everyone here genuinely cares about their clients. They also offer so many different treatments so you can get everything you need done in one place. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone considering laser or any other treatments!❤️

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. The staff were not only unprofessional but also extremely rude. They provided incorrect information, which caused me to waste a lot of time and energy. Even though the mistake was clearly on their side, they refused to take responsibility or offer a simple apology. It’s very obvious that their main concern is money, not the well-being of their clients. In any healthcare setting, honesty, accuracy, respect, and accountability are basic expectations — sadly, none of these were present in my experience with this clinic. If I could, I would give this clinic zero stars. Definitely not recommended.

I did 4 Morpheus sessions and barely could see any results - what a waste of time and money

I got a full body leser hair removal here. The place looks nice and clean and staff is friendly. But when I was going my laser the lady burned me so bad that I’ve never felt pain like that in my life. At the moment I thought maybe it would go away and it might have just been a sensitive area of my body. When I got home I wouldn’t use the washroom without this horrible burning pain. I decided to inspect it myself and saw a huge chunk of my skin had been burned off. When I reached out the owner she had nothing to say but put some aloe vera. This is a serious damage that lasted for months and months. Never going back here again.

I strongly advise against engaging with this company! The owner, Sherry, has displayed extremely rude behavior, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. When I contacted her about the incomplete laser hair removal service they provided this month, she rudely interrupted me and raised her voice, without giving me the opportunity to express my concerns. (I just called to ask if they can laser the the remaining parts that were missed). There was no acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience and loss I experienced. In fact, she resorted to insulting me, calling me uneducated and an idiot. It is clear that she lacks the necessary skills to run a company in this country and to treat customers properly. When I expressed my expectation for better customer service and a genuine willingness to address my concerns, she abruptly hung up on me upon mentioning better customer servic

She was very rude and had a huge attitude. It was my first time doing laser and she dint even explain me about the procedure. Highly unsatisfied. Handel my face in a very harsh way and did the whole procedure very harshly.
