It took a few years and it is a slow process but rest assured Pryea keeps it real with you and will fight for you. Thank you for everything!

Horrible law firm. My case has been going on since 2014 (now 2023) I wasn’t at fault for my accident. They originally told me $800,000.00+ then told me to take a settlement offer of $500.00 towards legal fees. When I said that was a joke, they filed to recuse themselves. Their doctors and associates all made money while I’m left with permanent back damage. They don’t return calls, emails and leave you hanging for years. You’re lucky if you get an email once or twice a year. No one calls you back. They’re turn around rate is tremendous (someone new always “working” on your case. The only time I heard from Val was in the last couple months to tell me “it’s the insurance company’s fault, they don’t want to pay”. You’ll deal with countless paralegals, no one there cares about your case. They want easy wins. Was referred to them through Diamond and Diamond (who also got paid) STAY AWAY!

Worst place ever. They never stay in touch, it's hard to get a hold of them. They did not advise me of charges after limit of what the insurance company was willing to pay, or inform insurance company that i needed to extend my care costs about my car accident. I had to pay the Midland Wellness Centre 11, 000 out of my settlement.

Stay away they lie too much and never their for you if hurt even they work for their interest only i think they are the wrost services i ever seeing 64% for me and 36% for them it want the other way around belive it this what happen to me and i am still dealing with pains for 8 years i pray to God to handle this people.

Worst law firm stay far way from this firm out there

My accident claim case took over 5 years to come to a settlement. My case was passed from person to person and there was not much traction on it or follow up conducted until Pryea Chowbay took over. She was very professional and courteous. Overall she was timely in her response and was instrumental in getting my claim settled soon.
