Horrible service. Communication was horrible with this company. I called multiple times to find out what was going on with my accident benefits over the duration of a year. The tribunal was September of 2024. Imagine I called at least once a month until today to get an update that no one ever gave me. I finally spoke to Dayana today who was reassigned my case as Muzina went on maternity leave from around the spring of 2025 from what I can remember. Imagine to my surprise that Dayana got a decision from the tribunal since September of 2025 and I didn't find out until today(because I had to call to find out). Dayana was very unprofessional. I asked her why she didn't reach out to let me know the decision within the 6 months she had to reach out to me. She tried to pass the buck and blame the fact that Muzina was on maternity leave. I'm currently a client there. I'd have to say it's one of the worse ran firms I've ever experienced. My case has been pass from junior lawyers to assistance; quite frankly, none of them have helped me. At times you call the office to get a response, but you are met with an attitude as if you've done something wrong. They don't understand the individual's barriers that prevent them from receiving the care they need. The firm at times calls me but leaves no voicemail of who called and what extension to call them back at, so your left wondering. Unfortunately, in the beginning, I was very optimistic because of the encouraging words of Golan, but I'd have to question whether he cares as a lawyer. I've had experiences where I've called him, and he doesn't return your call. At this point, from my own experience, I wouldn't suggest this firm. I'm fully aware he has thousands of clients, but in
