This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a professional service. My biggest piece of advice to anyone considering this firm is DO NOT provide your credit card information until you have received, read, agreed to, and signed the retainer agreement. During my initial consultation (which was advertised as free on their website), I was asked for my credit card information and personal details so they could prepare and send me a retainer agreement for review. I understood that the agreement would first need to be reviewed and signed before I decided whether to retain the firm. I never signed or returned the retainer agreement. After reviewing the terms, I decided not to proceed and informed the office of my decision within a few days. To my surprise, my credit card was charged $1,695 before I had signed anything. Ali Sadro will give you the worst service ever. He barely responds to phone calls or texts or answers your questions while your case is pending. However, the second your case is over, he will harass you by calling and texting you non-stop to leave him a 5 star review!!!! I will never ever deal with this unprofessional rookie again!

First of all, if you don’t know about Sadro Law Group, don’t be fooled by the numerous 5-star reviews. I want to warn you from someone who had the worst experience of their life. When I was looking to hire a lawyer, I saw many 5-star reviews with only a few negative ones. I thought since there were so many positive comments, I could overlook the negative ones. I am editing my positive review after having Ali work on my husband's case . Although Ali did a good job on handling the case , the only thing he requested was for us to put a Google review for him . We did but then when my husband called him couple months after the case, Ali accused my husband of not putting a review on Google about how "great" he did. It was completely uncalled for and my husband asked me to confirm if the review was posted and I screenshot it and sent it to Ali. He apologized but I definitely find it unprofessional the way he practically begged and then got upset that a review was not put about him. I'm starting to wonder if the reviews are forced reviews as per Ali's request . I wish Ali was more humble. His work is good . We paid him and then we got uncalled for backlash over a simple Google review even though we paid him in full .

When people are going through probably the worst time of their lives, this inconsiderate jerk doesn’t even have the courtesy to return phone calls, texts or online messages. Guess he’s doing so well he doesn’t need or want any new clients. Unprofessional is an understatement. And after reading the other reviews, I’m thankful I never had to deal with him.
