Had the Toronto Shine team do a deep clean of my condo, and was so impressed with their work ethic and the thoroughness with which they approached the job. The team of three cleaners (its a large condo!) showed up on time and got straight to work. They divided up the work and as far as I could tell they all worked pretty much non-stop for almost three hours cleaning the place top to bottom. Very happy with the results!

Toronto Shine Cleaning was very professional and well worth the price. My family used their cleaning service last year, and the ladies did an amazing job cleaning our home. They thoroughly cleaned the basement after our tenant moved out, including the walls, windows, bathroom, and fridge. Most of the work was downstairs since the upstairs wasn’t very dirty, but they still made our windows, shower tiles, and bathroom look spotless. They cleaned the basement, living room, kitchen, and upstairs areas very well. The cleaning service was definitely worth the price, especially for the amount of work they did. If you need a reliable cleaning service, I would highly recommend Toronto Shine Cleaning.

Had a disappointing experience with this company after a few uses. The cleaner simply didn't understand the clear instructions provided and she threw away Nespresso coffee pods that should not have been disposed of. Although the prices are reasonable, I'd rather pay more for better service and not have to worry about whether things will be thrown out that shouldn't. Wife and I are canceling the service.

I’m really disappointed with the quality of service from Toronto Shine Cleaning. When I first started using their services over six months ago, I was happy with the results. But after setting up a recurring cleaning, things went downhill. The attention to detail just isn’t there anymore.. cleaners keep changing, they’ve used used cloths, and they don’t always show up on time. It’s frustrating to see the service decline like this hope this can be looked at..

The biggest issue I have with my experience is the discomfort in having to ask the cleaners to redo poor cleaning / clean things missed. They were in my house and, though professional, obviously stressed by the situation as well. I’m concerned about Shine’s training, communication, and management. The lack of understanding of my care for your people is concerning in itself. This is not about the cost. As stated, I’ve not requested any change to the billing since our phone conversation. I have diligently chosen one cleaning service in Toronto and had to book these folks because i needed an urgent deep clean. Their reviews seem flawless so decided to book them Around $435 out of pocket with a broken oven door and a loose bathtub faucet. Don’t know what happened. My mistake, i had to leave them and run off to get a passport for my baby. Four hours (apparently enough for a deep clean with three people coming in and saw one person leaving alone) later and i am dealing with a non-functioning oven and defunct bath tub faucet. Upon complaining i was told this was unheard of. The company had never had a cleaner with so many problems. Clearly i broke everything because that’s how i roll. My experience with Toronto Shine Cleaning was highly disappointing. Despite my explicit instructions to avoid areas undergoing work on the 1st floor, I asked them to focus on other tasks such as wet wiping window sills and frames, cleaning outside appliances, and stairs. However, upon inspection, I found that these areas were still covered in dust. Expressing my dissatisfaction led to negotiations for a redo, but even after one cleaner returned, there was minimal improvement. To make matters worse, even the cleaner herself expressed discontent upon returning home. I cannot recommend this cleaning company and will not be utilizing their services again.
