First time ever having to call a plumber. Such a great experience with this company, right from the get go, such friendly staff and understood my urgency on the matter, and was able to get someone to come that day. The gentleman that came, was very polite, showed up basically at the beginning of my 2 hour window, and placed boot covers on his shoes prior to walking on my floors. We talked about what the issue was and from there he provided the best case case scenario but he also informed me of potential worst case issues that could come up after. He let me decide what I wanted to do and then showed me the pricing prior to doing or even agreeing to any work. I then got a follow up call to ensure that I was happy with the service. This is how home service should be handled! Such care and concern taken for customer's homes and needs. Well done!

Called in the evening for an issue with my hot water tank. Drain Rescue was able to accommodate my ask immediately and arrived within an hour. Wayne quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Did a perfect job and everything is back to normal. Update (downgrading from 5 to 3 stars): We recently had a different plumber in to work on our shower, and while he was here, he took a look at the previous kitchen sink repair. He pointed out that the pipe work wasn’t up to code—which explained why we’d been having issues with our dishwasher. To their credit, when we called them back about it, they sent someone out promptly and corrected the piping at no extra charge. Everything is functioning properly now, but it’s frustrating that we only caught a non-compliant install because an outside plumber noticed it. Previous review: I requested a quote and heard back within the hour to have a plumber come out the very next day. I was really impressed with how quick and seamless the entire booking process was. On October 20 the bathroom shower was leaking from the ceiling of the basement apartment belowDrain Rescue sent a pro, Wayne, who worked tirelessly in our very confined low area to access the pipes. Once he assessed, Wayne then shopped for new faucet and pipes which he adapted to fit in the same place, the same day! We are so impressed by Wayne’s experienced completion of this job. Drain Rescue is our GO-TO for plumbing solutions.

I hired Drain Rescue Plumbers because my toilet was experiencing an issue with the tank refilling after flushing. The plumber examined my toilet for a few minutes before informing me that the ballcock valve in the tank needed to be replaced (cost : $400). After completing the replacement, he left. I immediately flushed my toilet, only to discover that the problem had not been fixed. There was a slight improvement but it was not fixed. I chased him down the hallway of my condo to get him to return and reassess the situation. Upon further inspection, he saw dirt around the toilet bowl holes and claimed that the holes were blocked. This was false. There was simply some dirt around the holes that my toilet brush hadn’t reached. My toilet flushes perfectly fine and the issue is with the tank refilling afterwards (it stalls). Very professional . Notice leak Sunday night was able to get a plumber to look at it that night and diagnostic the problem .Another plumber came next morning to do the job and it was completed within a fair amount of time. Would definitely recommend .

Oleg came to fix my leaky kitchen drain pipe in under 30 minutes after I called. He had all his tools and parts ready to go. Price was very reasonable and he did a very clean job, explained everything to me, very professional. I highly recommend them.

They told me the drain pipe has collapsed at the house foundation wall, $4,000.00 later after they dug up my front lawn it was a tree root blocking the pipe, this could have been removed with a pipe auger.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The plumbing work itself got done, but the cost was much higher than I expected. On top of that, there was noticeable cosmetic damage left behind, which added more stress and expenses. I was hoping for better care and attention to detail.

They did not answer the phone. 24 hour service on website, they said they could not come until the next day. Very poor communication and customer service

The service man was not organized, he left a mess all over my washer I was not happy about that. We were given a quote for services that were not provided, they didn't lower the price so we were overcharged. I see the company has many positive reviews on Google. Just in last hour they got 15 5-star reviews. Fifteen in 1 hour! There are two possibilities here : this company provides amazing results for clients or these reviews are fake.

Roman came out at midnight in response to our call for help with a backed-up basement sewer drain. He worked hard to open up a valve on the main stack to put a camera down the line. Asking, "you want the bad news or the good news?", he says he cleared the drain but there's a collapsed clay pipe just outside our house, under our porch. Estimates originally $4,600 but then moves it down to $3,000 when I say I want to get quotes. He put a lot of pressure on me to commit that night to signing a contract for the work, and when I told him that wasn't going to happen, he took a LONG time finishing up the invoice. He sent a text at 2:30 a.m. continuing the pressure. I ended up not going with his company for the work (going to get outside confirmation about the collapsed pipe), and he tried to charge me over $500 for his service call--when he had already said that if we signed the contract the ch
