Ontario Rug cleaning

I won’t trust them again. I brought 2 rugs for cleaning, picked them up a week later rolled in plastic, when I got home I realized one of my carpet got damaged, And both carpets are full of hair looks like some kind of pet hair their cleaning service worth ZERO. My steam cleaner works better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I recently had three Persian rugs cleaned and one repaired by Ontario Rug Cleaning and I’m really impressed. The price was reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. My rugs look amazing, and the repair was perfect. I highly recommend their services!

I am a carpet cleaner. Brought 10 rugs for cleaning at their rug plant for my client. Picked them up rolled in plastic. Brought to client and was amazed, rugs looked like half of them weren’t even cleaned. Looked foolish in front of my customer. I steam cleaned the rugs myself, got much better results. Taking my business else where. Also I think most of these reviews are fake. Just noticed that you edited your response on Feb 17, 2023. The rugs that were brought to you were of excellent quality. I have attached photos for reference, it is obvious that even small stains were not taken out. I doubt that you have even washed them. Also I saw you pray paint competitors stickers at the intersections. Shame on your business!

This company was great!!! They charged me less than half of what the last company did, and did a far better job! My rug is like new!!!

Excellent service and great results. My carpets came back spotless and fresh. Highly recommend

They washed my rugs perfectly. It was so clean as if they replaced it with a brand new one. Highly recommend them.

Super good service. My experience was really good.

Exceptional service 👏🏼 Thank you! 😊

Took my rug for cleaning, specifically asked about color bleeding which they assured wouldn't happen. Rug came back with colors bled into white sections. Staff blamed me instead of taking responsibility. Won't recommend due to lack of professionalism and poor results. They keep changing their response to my review. Don‘t know why. This time they claimed that they returned my rug with no damage. That is absolutely not True. It looks like they are more concerned about their review rather than their quality of work in reality. If you love your rug, it’s handmade and silk like mine, be more careful about the place you choose.

Unfortunately, I have to edit my original review. I was a customer for years and had trusted their service, but during my last visit (over two years ago), they damaged my carpet. Some parts along the sides were scratched and visibly destroyed. When I raised the issue, they did not take responsibility and instead made excuses, claiming this was “normal” for carpet cleaning. This was very disappointing, especially given my long history as a customer.

I gave them one carpet that had stains for testing because they price was cheaper than others and they brought me the carpet that was not completely dry and it took me several days to dry that carpet at home. Also not only stains did not disappear, but several rust stains was also added to it. I was very disappointed.

I had 4 pieces of silk rugs, which have not been cleaned for 10 years, with many stains. I was always hesitating they might be ruined, I couldn't trust any companies that know how to clean silk rugs. I am so happy with my choice, Ontario Rug cleaning. They are professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned and fixed my rugs, now they look as new. Definitely recommend them.

The service was great and people and staff were very friendly and nice.

The price was reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent.

Wonderful selection of authentic Persian rugs very reasonably priced.
