Such a wonderful welcoming Dental team! Cristina is super friendly and very personable when checking you in. Absolutely love Jaya and Dr. Mehra. Both have such a calm gentle approach to your dental appointments. I came in with tooth pain and a cleaning, turns out some popcorn got stuck in my teeth and that’s all that needed to be done. I felt super embarrassed and Dr. Mehra reassured me no question or visit is embarrassing. To always come in and get yourself taken care of and that it’s actually really common for food to get stuck and lodged in your teeth tightly. I am so happy to have a dentist in the KW area that is friendly, approachable, personable and very calm. No anxiety going to this practice as the whole team is so wonderful to chat with, visit, and get our dental needs met. I also really love those waiting room couches.

Amazing practice, I was appreciative finding a new dentist and I am definitely not disappointed. I have never had such a gentle yet thorough cleaning. As well the dentist himself has amazing bedside manner and very great work!

I recently visited Harmony Dental Care for exam and dental cleaning. The entire team is incredibly organized, professional, and excellent with time management. My hygienist was thorough and gentle, and Dr. Mehra is clearly very experienced and friendly. What I appreciated most was that the goals discussed at the start of the appointment were met exactly as planned, and the procedure was completed smoothly. The clinic balances high-level expertise with such a welcoming atmosphere. Truly worth visiting and highly recommended.

So professional, so patient. As someone who really has anxiety about dental procedures this dentist and his staff have made the entire process so much easier. They are kind and personable- if I call and say even just my first name they know who I am - there is something so nice about going somewhere that you feel known and remembered. They ask about your life and know you; you are not just a number. They are good people, an excellent dental office

Great service and cleaning. Dentist is honest and detailed with feedback. Fillings are dealt with well, with some discomfort but my teeth also have had a lot of work done, so some extra effort is needed

I would avoid this place. Staff are nice but it’s clear the doctor is just trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Just as someone else said, they tell you that you have cavities when you don’t, and they will tell you that you need a root canal and crown when you don’t. The dentist doesn’t care about his patients at all. Cleaning that I got was not worth it either. My teeth didn’t feel clean afterwards. Untrustworthy dentist in Waterloo.

I have been to this place for teeth check, The staff seems to be helpful and friendly. The doctor checked the teeth and when I asked simple question, he told me to book another appointment which I felt is completely not necessary. If I consider the cost factor,  this clinic will not address all of your questions in a single appointment. We spent only around 10 min with the doctor and were not satisfied with the advise.

Over-diagnose on cavity? It is odd in this place every time I visited I was told by the doctor that I had multiple cavities. I had it filled as suggested and refused to do it again. Then I had it checked elsewhere by two independent dentists and both said I had no signs of cavity. Please be aware of this.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting harmony dental clinic to address some concerns related to my dental health. The overall experience was notably positive and welcoming. The services provided were of the highest quality, and the doctors exhibited remarkable friendliness and professionalism.
