I've worked with Ross for a long time. He's a great conscientious Lawyer who knows what he is doing. He is responsive and really cares about his clients.

I had a horrendous experience with this lawyer and recommend to avoid at all costs. A simple real estate job where Ross needed to sign some papers, and he couldn't have messed it up more. As soon as he was paid, he refused to take my calls, despite not having completed the job properly. Unfortunately, secretary Rima made the experience even worse since she did not communicate with us and literally told me to "stop calling".

Just fine for administrative tasks i.e. paperwork's preparation and signatures. Note that you can not relay on their advice and you won't receive proper advices in the right time. Not recommended.

They promise to fight for you when sign with them they are not working for you they work for the opposite party and themselves at the end they give you a close deal with no option.

The owner told me to "stop calling" when I had been trying to follow up on documents needed and there was an error on their part. Absolutely disgraceful service. They didn't even remember who I was. AVOID.

It was very difficult to speak directly with the lawyer, as I was almost always required to go through the front staff first. Unfortunately, the staff frequently provided incorrect information, which slowed the progress of my case significantly. I also noticed that they only seemed to take action on matters that were financially beneficial for them. When it came to services that were essential for my health and recovery, they were not supportive in helping me find proper resources. For example, when I needed Botox injections and personal assistance at home, the front staff provided no meaningful help. Another major issue was with my income support. Although I was fully eligible to receive it, my payments were cut off, and the staff failed to follow up with the insurance company. They often ignored emails from my insurer, and I had to repeatedly call and ask them to check and respond. The
