When I raised concerns about my translation, the staff responded with threats and unprofessional behavior. Attempts to speak with the manager, Leila, were unsuccessful, as she was unavailable. Additionally, the translations appeared to rely on outdated templates, leading to errors that required meticulous review. Since moving to a smaller office, their service quality seems to have declined. I hope they address these issues promptly.

They gave me lots of wrong information about where to go to get a document which made me do the whole process twice, also they translated a document for me that was not accepted in iran (again due to misinformation) it would be better if you find another translator

Very bad experience, I never suggest this office for translating documents to anyone. They aren’t responsible, honest and respectful to customers. Don’t waste your time and money here!
