One of the least professional experiences I have ever had. Milad and his secretary, Penny, were completely disorganized and had very poor communication skills. We went to Milad for a mortgage refinance. First, when following up to see if they got the papers needed from the bank. Penny said she would call us back to let us know, but never did. When they finally confirmed that the papers did arrive, and we came into their office, they were disorganized, and did not know if we needed to sign certain documents. Then, after we left, they contacted us for additional documentation that we could have brought with us earlier if they were organized and let us know what they needed. They then asked us to provide information we had already provided and to confirm things we had already confirmed. Then Penny sent us important mortgage and legal documents with no text in the body of her email,

I received a letter from this office saying I’m being sued for an animal attack in my condo unit. I don’t have pets. The letter was addressed to my unit (312) but in the body of the letter it stated my neighbors unit (311). I believe they obtained my name from the municipality report, however my municipality description is different from the mailing address (level 3, unit 11). I would hope a law office would know the difference, but I guess this one doesn’t. Additionally, they sent two letters addressed to my neighbor but to my unit. Guess what that neighbor has? A cat. I attempted to call the law office to correct them but the lady who answered was absolutely rude & useless. She argued that she wrote 311 on the letter even though I sent her a picture. She put me on hold so I could speak to the lawyer. He refused to talk to me since he’s representing the other side. I have ZERO involv
