I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I showed my inspiration photos and got exactly what I wanted. I came in to have a previous haircut corrected and to get a no bleach balayage. The haircut turned out even better than I expected, the overall style was exactly what I had envisioned. It was also my first time getting a no bleach balayage, and the experience was amazing. The process was surprisingly quick, and I achieved the exact colour I was hoping for without using bleach. The salon is also very hijab friendly, making it a comfortable and welcoming space for hijabis to get their hair done with privacy. I will be coming back for my future hair needs! I love this place.

I had an amazing experience at this salon, and Hajira is truly incredible. She was so kind, warm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to do an in-depth consultation, explained everything clearly, and walked me through all my options in a way that felt honest and informative. You can genuinely tell that she cares deeply about her clients and the integrity of their hair. I have honestly never loved my hair more. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to colour, and the final result turned out even better than I could have imagined. Her services are very well priced, and as a hijabi, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout my appointment. I highly, highly recommend coming to this salon!❤️

From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed by Hajira. She was incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease. As a hijabi, this was my first ever hair salon experience since wearing the hijab, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. I really appreciated that she took the time to do a quick consultation before starting. She asked about what I wanted, and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. 2. The atmosphere was phenomenal — so peaceful, clean, and therapeutic. The interior is beautifully decorated, minimal yet warm, and has such calming energy. Had a great experience at this salon where my sister and I got our haircut. Hajira was very kind and ensured to ask throughout the hair cut whether we were happy with the style. She was able to follow the inspo pics very closely! The salon was also very clean and decorated nicely. Definitely recommend especially since it’s also hijabi-friendly!

Have some respect towards your client. You didn’t respect to even dry the hair rushing through the service. Just because some people are humble doesn’t mean you take advantage. Came here seeing good reviews , horrible experience.

I came to this place because of the reviews saying they were great at color matching from just one photo. I showed the hairstylist photos of the color I wanted (including a photo from their own instagram) during the consultation and before the actual appointment. The end result was way off. It was not the color I showed, and was far too light. It was lighter than what I had wanted, and too light to look good with my skin tone. It was my first time at a salon so I was pretty ignorant on how easily it could've been fixed, so I didn't ask them to fix it. Of course I understand that mistakes could've been made, and I also could have spoken up, but the fact that they let me walk out with such a different color (whether it was a mistake or not) means I will not be coming back or recommending this salon.

Worst place to get your hair done. Made my hair grey and charged me extra money for making them try to fix it which even after she did not. Ripping people's money off. Don't know anything about colour and lied to me when i showed them a picture and asked if they could do it but when she couldn't she said tjat you can never get this colour for your hair when it's her responsibility to get me what i want. Do not go here!

Went to get my hair permanetly straightened. Hair was straight for one week after treatment but went straight back to being curly. Was extremely expensive and not worth the $. Would not recommend. But staff were really nice!

They charge a fee if your late !! $7 something for each half an hour or hour.... I never heard of such thing especially if the place is new I just called to book for me an a couple of my friends we want to give it a try we got a promo deal from groupon which we canceled and got our money back .. and the lady over the phone was rude said just to let u know if your late we charge ... just a bad first impression for me I wouldn't go there or let my family they need to have good customer service to get customers especially answering phones

The atmosphere was wonderful - very clean and nice relaxing music.
