I came to Emerald skin labs for severe back acne. After only 2 sessions it is already looking better. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Betul is very friendly and has been amazing. I cannot wait to come back.

I meet with Dr.Kiana for my masseter Botox and she is amazing! The service is amazing. They they really took care of me and educated me on what they were using and tailored it to my specific needs. They were really good about answering any questions that i needed clarity on. I’m really happy with the results and definitely will be coming back!

I came to emerald skin lab for my face hyperpigmentation and dark spots, I am so glad that I found them . I signed up for their facial membership, which has been a great way to stay consistent with my treatment. Very overpriced and didn’t work. I came seeking help with some plantar warts. I was shown their pricing and was promised a deal from the doctor and that the warts would be gone in a couple sessions. After 4 sessions totalling over $1000 I saw no improvements from their laser. The doctor did not check my progress and the worker did not remove dead skin which I believe made the laser ineffective. It’s a nice environment but do not go here for wart removal unless you want to pay thousands of dollars.

Love this spa, wonderful people and I completely trust them with their advice on how to keep me looking my very best. I absolutely would put them at the top of your beauty go to list for facials and all other treatments!

Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was very disappointing. Despite having appointments scheduled for 10 AM, the consultants were 30 minutes to an hour late. This happened to both of my friends as well. First impressions matter, and this felt very unprofessional. The only positive aspect was the staff member at the front desk, who arrived on time and was helpful while we waited. The prices are extremely high, yet the quality of service did not reflect the cost. The sales approach during consultations was also inappropriate. When I explained that I had a limited budget, I was met with a dismissive and almost mocking attitude, and I felt pressured to spend more. Unfortunately, my friends experienced similar treatment. Treatment was great I did the Laser Wart removal and within 4 treatments all of them were gone. They were all very nice people and will be my dermatologist for much longer

I have been getting botox and filler for many years and decided to try a new place. What a mistake coming here. I had to re-visit on several occasions to redo my botox treatment. First they tried Dysport and that wasn't effective and then Botox was used and it lasted less then a month. I did my whole face and it was horrible. Then I did filler. That didn't even last 2 months. I spent so much money at this clinic and all the owner was trying to do was sell other services and not even interested that this service was so poor. I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone who spends their hard earned money and no good results at all.

I came here today and got a quote to get 3 moles removed and got them done the same day. Amazing service and hospitality for the short time I was there!

Very unprofessional clinic. I called ahead to ask whether they remove warts and specifically asked if a doctor would be available to confirm the diagnosis. I was told yes. After arriving, I found out there was no doctor on site, and they simply told me I would need to go somewhere else. The woman who handled my free consultation was rude, and raised her voice at me instead of listening to my concerns. The entire experience felt like a waste of time and showed a lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, I would avoid this place.

I will not share my experience with Emerald skin lab as it would be too elaborate. I write this review to hold businesses like this ACCOUNTABLE for their poor etiquette towards me. My experience with Kiana was very unprofessional! Her customer service and communicative skills are not to par with a professional establishment. I will never go back as I pride myself on proper service!

This is the first time I am leaving a negative review😓😔😢I am a very fair and honest person and I will never leave a negative review unless I really had an unfair experience😔 Before you trust the positive reviews here (like I did), I want to let you know that these reviews are being left because the clinic asks clients to write a review by offering customers random free services! I spent a lot of money on Botox, lip fillers, and Radiesse, and the results didn’t last at all—less than two months. Shortly after my botox session, I had to go back for 2 touch ups but the wrinkles still came back immediately after! Even after I sent them a video showing my wrinkles, they just told me, “In Canada, Botox and fillers usually last 3 to 6 months.” And they started to talk negatively about the botox and fillers which doctors use back home in Iran which are actually wonderful and last a long time and

Waste of money to be honest. Be careful of misleading Botox results. Especially if you have pain. Spent a lot of $ for no good result. Looks like I did nothing to my face to make it better…
