Dr. Katbab Dentistry

Dr. Katbab is one of best dentist in GTA and his crew too. Specificall mrs. Bita is very kind and helpful and professional as Dental assistant. I was very grateful and appreciate to find Dr. Katbab as my dentist and meet Mrs. Bita and other nice crew in there I can't remember all names but as I can: Mrs. Bahar, Nasim, Kamelia , young ladies working with and all crew. Also I just wanna say thanks and appreciate from them specifically my dentist Dr. Katbab as a greatest man and humanity person with highest degree of positive vibes that I never seen in before in my life. Wish all the best for him and all his team.

NOT RECOMENDED. Worst clinic ever. Both optometry and dental. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE. This office is enough unprofessional that they expose clients private information. We will make a formal complaint to office of Ontario college of optometrist.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with this dental team, and I can confidently say they are truly outstanding. They are highly professional, honest, and incredibly kind. The entire team has such a positive energy, and it really reflects in the way they treat both their patients and colleagues. Their quality of work is excellent, and their attention to detail is impressive. It’s always a great experience working with them. Highly recommended!

I was a patient of Dr. Kanab for a while. The doctor was good, but unfortunately, the office staff did not provide a professional level of service. They canceled our appointments at least twice, even though we had scheduled them at least two weeks in advance. This was very disappointing and caused a lot of frustration. Due to these repeated scheduling issues and the poor service we experienced, we cannot recommend this clinic.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Katbab Dental Clinic. Dr. Katbab and his team are so kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I also want to especially thank Ms. Bita, who was very kind and supportive. The clinic’s cleanliness and use of modern technology made me feel confident and relaxed. I truly appreciate their excellent care and highly recommend them!

The clinic is impeccably clean, and the entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to dental assistant Bita, who worked alongside the dentist during my treatment. What impressed me most was the dentist’s expertise and confidence. His approach inspires trust, and he has a remarkable understanding of how to put patients at ease. Beyond his technical skill, his calm and thoughtful manner creates a reassuring environment where you feel understood and genuinely cared for. I felt relaxed and confident in his hands throughout my treatment. The dentist is very good and highly professional, but the reception team and office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish the doctor would teach them some basic manners, respect, and professionalism—or replace them.

Strongly not recommended. Make sure to verify the total payment amount before proceeding with any treatment at this facility. Initially, there was no mention of additional charges, but after the service, I was asked to pay approximately $190. They claimed my insurance didn’t cover the service, so I was required to pay at least $50, which I did. However, they reported to HealthX, their partner company, that a portion of my balance hadn’t been paid. As a result, I didn’t receive the reward from HealthX for completing almost everything, spending almost $500 here and on top of that, I ended up paying extra out of my own pocket. This experience left me feeling deceived and overcharged, so I absolutely do not recommend this place.

It was my first time in this office. The receptionist asked me to pay upfront. When I asked why she said because she won't be there when my procedure is done. It was a lame excuse. The receptionist is the last one who leaves the office. My guess was that they did not want to trust the patient would pay the fee. This was offensive to me. Lo and behold, she was there when I was done. Kamelia, the hygienist, was professional, kind, and sympathetic and tried to give me some advices regarding my teeth.

Dr. Houman Katbab is not just an excellent dentist, but a true professional who genuinely cares about his patients. From the very first visit, his calm approach, precision, and deep expertise made me feel completely comfortable and confident. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality care are truly impressive. I am honestly very satisfied with the results of his work, and I truly appreciate the way he explains every step with patience and clarity. You can feel that he takes pride in his craft and treats his patients with respect and sincerity. I received a dental crown procedure here about a month ago. When people visit a dental clinic, their main concern is often whether the doctor is skilled and trustworthy. I truly believe that this clinic has an exceptionally skilled and reliable doctor. When my tooth broke, Dr. Katbab presented me with the option of either an implant or a crown procedure. I personally wanted to save my natural tooth if possible, but like most people, I was uninformed about the details of dental work, so I decided to trust his professional recommendation. He took over 10 minutes to carefully consider the best course of action before ultimately recommending the crown procedure. He advised me that the crown could last over 10 years if I committed to rigorous oral hygiene and instructed me to take good care of it.
