I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional from the moment I walked in. The clinic is clean, bright , spacious , well-organized and esthetically designed which immediately made me feel comfortable. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options without feeling rushed. I went in for a filling which was complicated. I really appreciate how gentle and attentive they were throughout the procedure—it made a big difference. Parking is available indoors. Easily accessible by bus, a stop is right there in front of the clinic. Washroom is clean. They have thoughtfully kept toys to engage children. Appointments were well-managed with minimal waiting time, and the front desk Ms.Mona was helpful with scheduling and answering any questions about billing. Overall, Dr Shiva and her ass

My daughter, was referred to a pediatric specialist because of some dental concerns. We were told she would need to be put under general anesthesia for treatment without even attempting a full examination or taking X-rays. Wanting a second opinion, we booked an appointment with Dr. Shiva, and it was the best decision we could have made. Dr. Shiva was incredibly patient and kind. She took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, completed a full set of X-rays, and performed a thorough examination. To our great relief, she explained that she could treat our daughter’s teeth without putting her to sleep. We were beyond grateful. My other daughter also had a checkup with Dr. Shiva, and she was just as wonderful with her. She has an amazing way with children and turns every visit into a positive experience. Big shout out and thanks to Dr Shiva and her team. Professionalism is an understatement I am a new client of Dr Shiva, only regret I have is I did not go to her sooner. Having the worst experience from my prior dentist. Dr Shiva helped me in the numerous occasions made my pain go away instantly and I am finally happy with my teeth again. She has earned all my family's trust moving forward. Knowledgeable staff and an incredibly kid-friendly environment! They truly know how to work with little ones. Bringing my kids here for their teeth cleaning is never an issue because the team always makes them feel safe and comfortable with every procedure. Highly recommend!

این کلینیک بسیار عالی از همه لحاظ. تمام دکترها و کارکنان مهربان و صبور هستند. با بیماران مدارا می‌کنند. بهترین درمان رو مطابق خواسته ی مریضها انجام می‌دهند. من چندین کلینیک دندانپزشکی رفتم برای دندانم. همه گفتند باید دندان رو بکشی. ولی در این کلینیک دندان من رو درمان کردند و الان پنج سال هست همان دندان خیلی خوب کار می‌کند و اصلا هم درد ندارند. من و دوستانم سالهاست بیماران این کلینیک هستیم و همه راضی هستیم . هم از نظر اخلاقی و هم از نظر کار دندانپزشکی استاد هستند.

Shiva has a dentistry complaint (case file: 23-0784) against her and this information is publicly available at Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario website. Dental clinics tend to follow the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) dental fee guide which recommends a price for each dental procedure. Therefore, a common tactic in the dental industry to extract more money from patients is to recommend unnecessary dental procedures and use higher dental procedure codes. Shiva has a tendency to recommend excessive dental procedures to patients. For example, given a simple tooth cavity where a simple tooth filling on 2 surfaces is sufficient, she would suggest cutting and filling up to 4 surfaces of the tooth. Therefore more unnecessary dental work, compared to the minimum required, will be performed causing greater loss of

My Worst Experience with Dr. Shiva and Her Team: In conclusion: all my fillings need to be redone. I’m experiencing pain, uneven and bumpy teeth, and I can’t eat or even drink water comfortably. I do not recommend this clinic at all. I regret going there and am extremely disappointed with the outcome. 1. Patient time and convenience mean absolutely nothing to Dr. Shiva. 2. The focus seems to be rushing through each appointment to finish quickly and move on to the next patient. 3. Almost every visit, a “new cavity” was suddenly discovered, leading to another appointment — while forgetting or ignoring what was done previously. 4. Asking questions or requesting clarification about your treatment is not welcomed in this office. 5. The front desk staff only seem capable of greeting patients and confirming appointments. They cannot answer simple questions, and they make sure the assistant do

Stop and avoid going to this clinic. I deeply regret ever visiting this place. The doctor initially spoke confidently about her experience and the treatment plan, but once she started working on my tooth, the pain and my worst nightmare began. Now I’m left with constant pain and anxiety. My tooth was much better and more functional before her treatment. The materials they used were low quality, and they rushed to finish the appointment with no respect for patients. I truly wish I had never gone there and had read the other unhappy clients’ reviews beforehand.

Don't go to this dental clinic. It's been the worst experience, and I would never recommend it. They only care about money and getting their tasks done, regardless of your treatment. The front desk lady, Sheryn, is very rude and disrespectful. Dr. Shiva is also not up to standard; She rushed my scaling process due to other appointments and didn't make me feel comfortable when I was experiencing pain.

I was referred by Dr. Shiva to my family doctor for a pH test of my mouth. My family doctor found this unusual, stating that mouth pH fluctuates constantly and isn’t typically tested, even in her 20+ years of practice. She has never preformed a mouth pH test. When I informed Dr. Shiva of this, I was told no cleaning could be done until I visited a periodontist whom Dr Shiva referred . The periodontist said I had mild gingivitis that could be resolved with proper care and even offered to do a cleaning on the spot. However, Dr. Shiva's office later refused my cleaning, claiming I required a "special cleaning" Dr. Shiva wasn’t trained to perform—something the periodontist never mentioned. Additionally, their waiver absolving responsibility for their work felt unprofessional. This experience was frustrating and unorganized. Clown show avoid this office go somewhere else.

The service is very quick and the staff is super friendly.
