The treatment plans by dr Rodman were very aggressive, with no referral to a specialist and overall poor quality of care. When the outcome became problematic instead of providing a proper explanation and response I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. After my treatment by dr Rodman I had to undergo three seperate dental and gum surgeries.

Reply: Mr. Dariush Radman, I confirmed with you the date of my follow-up session, and you yourself assured me that coming back in November would be sufficient for my treatment. Should I now apologize for trusting your words and your treatment plan? Then I’m sorry I didn’t realize that trusting my doctor’s professional judgment was a mistake. Scheduling and following up with patients in a timely and responsible manner is your duty, not mine. I have other roles in my life that do not include ensuring that you do your job properly or know when to recall your own patients. When you told my mother “not to ruin your mood for the day,” could you clarify — is maintaining your mood and professionalism also supposed to be my responsibility? I don’t leave reviews unless they are positive. I am so disappointed by this clinic. I literally threw 4500$ out the window , I have to re do the crown I got done here. I truly don’t recommend this clinic to anybody . Do your research before going to any dentist but Avoid this one entirely! So upset and what a waste of money!!!!!

This dentist does not seem to know the limitations of his scope of practice. In addition, his communications skills and customer service was terrible. I was pressured into signing a consent form for a different procedure while in the middle of the initial procedure. If I didn't sign it, he was going to let leave with my mouth a bigger mess than when I came in. I still ended up with an infection post procedure and he didn't prescribe antibiotics. All around, a terrible experience.

Watch your wallet, “Money is a high priority.”

I honestly had the best experience here. I started with Invisalign, then got composite work done afterward and everything was done with so much care, patience, and professionalism. The freezing method they used was completely painless. I didn’t feel a thing, and that alone made the whole experience stress free. Dr Radman was incredibly kind, gentle, and calm throughout every step. They always made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly before doing it. It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely cared for, but this clinic is exactly that. Amazing results, amazing service, and truly amazing people. Highly recommend!!
