The BK’s Empire is a great place to take friends and family ❤️ Exceptional customer service, amazing ambiance, great vibes , clean and convenient location, good shisha and food👌🏽, and good parking!! My server named Ali was so sweet and informative on the products and took care of music requests of the customers visiting!! Would highly recommend as a returning customer 😀

At the time we visited, there were only about three occupied tables in the restaurant, despite there being five TVs available. One of those tables appeared to be occupied by friends of the owner. The restaurant was far from full. What disappointed me most was not the volume itself, but the lack of customer service. We politely asked several times if the volume could be lowered slightly so we could have a conversation. The owner never came to our table to explain the situation or discuss the request, even after we asked to speak with them. There were also other service issues throughout the evening. Our table was damaged, and we had to remind the staff multiple times to bring us drinks from the fridge. I hadn't seen my friend for almost a year, and we chose this restaurant to catch up. Unfortunately, what should have been a great evening turned into a very disappointing experience. The restaurant had the FIFA World Cup on the TVs, which was perfectly fine. Everyone was enjoying both the game and their conversations. However, the TV volume was so loud that it was difficult for people to talk. I politely asked two different servers if they could lower the volume a little. The third time I asked, I was told that the owner did not want to reduce it. I then asked if I could speak with the owner, but the staff ignored my request, which I found very rude and unprofessional. BK Palace was a total disappointment 😞. Rude waitress, slow service, bland food, and a hookah that didn't draw right. Even made a scene over a glass of water 🤯. Wouldn't go back 😊.

On a Friday evening, My Wife and I decided to stop by a lounge just to have some quality time together, maybe have a drink or 2. Some appetizers. Etc. After searching the area, we were able to locate a place called BK Empire Lounge. The reviews looked fantastic. Place has an amazing online presence. We thought this place would be ideally perfect. Once we arrived, it was around 9:45PM. There was maybe 2 cars . We thought we had the wrong location. After entering it seems that we were in the correct place. It was just dead. Maybe 3-4 people at Max. Music so loud , we couldn’t even hear each other. We asked the waiter to turn it down. She couldn’t even hear us. We had to Word it by mouth. The music is so loud, I genuinely think you could partially go deaf. Is this a club? In Toronto? Or a lounge ? In Vaughan ? Anyways. Food was messy, waiter was holding the plate with her bare fing

We made a reservation for 7 PM, only to arrive and find the restaurant still closed, despite it being supposed to open at 6 PM. We traveled all the way from Brampton for a birthday celebration, excited after hearing great reviews. We waited outside for 20 minutes, even asking a worker who arrived after us. She was just as confused and attempted to contact the owners, but no one answered. This was a huge waste of our time and a complete letdown. What a disappointing experience! I will never come here again!

Absolutely loved my experience at the shisha bar! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect flavor. The shisha itself was smooth and flavorful, with a great selection to choose from. Plus, the comfy seating and ambient music made it a perfect spot to unwind with friends. I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

If you are looking for good vibes and good music with a very tasty shisha, BK is the place to visit. I find it interesting how certain reviews are done only to harm this place, this is my go to place any time I am in Vaughan. They have excellent service and tasty shisha.
