The food here is high quality and is free parking. It's family run. The whole family is very nice. The portions are very big and the food quality is fresh and is seating. Area is pretty big and comfortable. So good

We had a fantastic experience at Parya Restaurant under the new management. It’s now a family-run business, and you can really feel the care and attention they put into the food and service. As an Iranian, I’ve had my fair share of Persian kebab, and I can confidently say their Koobideh is the best I’ve had in Canada. It was incredibly juicy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and grilled just right. Truly in a class of its own. The Barg (veal fillet) was another highlight—extremely tender, soft, and full of flavor. We also tried both the chicken breast and chicken leg kebabs, and both were delicious, juicy, and beautifully cooked. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and the portions were generous. If you’re looking for excellent Persian/Iranian kebab, especially an outstanding Koobideh, Parya is absolutely worth visiting. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely loved the food here, super flavourful and authentic. Large portions, food came hot. Atmosphere was nice, and the service was amazing as well. Wonderful family ran restaurant. Tea was really tasty as well.

Excellent Persian restaurant! The food was authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The portion sizes were generous and offered great value. Everything was beautifully presented, and the overall dining experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

If you’re debating between this place and any other Persian restaurant I mean come on. This place wins by a mile hands down everything from portion, price and taste. This place is superior! Wow best Persian meal I’ve ever had.

When I came home and opened the food, the kebabs were burnt outside and raw inside. I called to mention it and they didn’t even apologize or offer anything. Very unprofessional customer service and disappointing experience.

We had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. Our order was not ready at pickup time and we had to wait a long time, only to find out they had completely forgotten about our order. After reminding them, they rushed to prepare the food, and parts of the kebab were burned and poorly made , honestly worse than homemade pan kebab. The salad looked like leftovers mixed together from other orders, the portions were smaller than what we paid for, and overall the food quality was extremely poor. This was our last time ordering food here

I used buy food from them , especially the polo chicken which was good, so this time I ordered from them family platter , Had couple of hairs in the kobedaih Kabab and rice was semi cooked .

I ordered food from this restaurant for a party, and it was a huge disappointment. The rice was burnt and had a strong burnt smell. The kebab was among the worst I’ve ever had—dry, lacking flavor, and nowhere near the quality I remembered from my previous order. It honestly feels like the owner or the cook has changed. I specifically requested that my order be packed in separate containers. I even called to confirm this, but they ignored my request and packed everything together. Poor food quality, poor customer service, and no attention to customer requests. This will definitely be my last time ordering from here, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone.
