I just got my Honda crv with Matthew and I really loved it! I was really worried since its my first car but Matthew guided me through the process. he was very patient with me and all my questions were explained very well by him. He is very straightforward and easy to talk with. Answer calls right away at any given time. Our transaction went very smooth. Don't go here. They want nothing but the sticker price and the salesman was not even very knowledgeable about the car admitted that he was new and there was not any negotiation room when the car had tons of dings on it had a 4 and a 1/2-year-old battery. I could go on about other things that I was unsatisfied with. But i'm pretty sure that says it all. I found another place with cheaper price vehicles in better condition. They also offered new tires, new brakes and an oil change on every car. And will negotiate.

Add an appointment to test drive a Mitsubishi Lancer drove 2 1/2 hours from London to test drive this vehicle. Apparently while I was driving to test drive the vehicle somebody came in to test drive the car and put a down payment on the car and there was no communication to me that that had happened so therefore I drove 2 1/2 hours for basically nothing would not do business with these people. As someone who works in sales this is not how you do business and the sales manager was completely unprofessional in dealing with this and on top of it all they said they would send me links for another vehicle that is similar and I never received any of that. It's a good thing that Honda in Markham had a Mitsubishi Lancer on the same day so I just drove an extra 35 minutes and got the car I wanted from the beginning... if you're going to buy a new car do not do it here go to a real dealership that

UPDATE: I bought my car just under 6 months ago and am now encountering several issues. I was sold the car with winter tires added on (for free) and I have just taken out the summer tires from storage now to look at them and they are completely unusable and unsafe (cracking, plugs in them, no treads) and are FROM 2013 (the car is a 2017 so they had old tires on the car before selling to me) so those free winter tires weren’t such a great deal in the end. Having taken the vehicle in to get serviced, I was told there are issues (leaking, steering arm) that should have been caught during the safety assessment too. So not super happy to have to deal with all of this now. Sam was excellent to work with - he helped me find the car that suited my needs and worked to help me find the best possible plan for payments and warranty. Great experience purchasing my car here!

Didn't satisfy mine and my husband's expectation as we're promised that we're buying a good vehicle.. They didn't do a good job on fixing the problems (poor a/c condition, rusts all over the flooring and some scratches) on the vehicle (Infinity SUV) we purchased (cash) before putting the vehicle in the market.. We brought the vehicle back to them twice to fix the a/c but still nothing good had been done.. We paid a lot for this vehicle and lost a lot when we traded it for a BMW SUV..

Sadly this dealer charges EXTRA for certification. $900 more. Will not be paying the extra $900 for certification that should be included in the price.

It is vey good company with exellent service beutiful show room nice cars.
