Matthew and crew were, punctual, professional, friendly, efficient, and helpful. They listened to my wants and wishes and made my 30 year old Mustang look fabulous. Probably better than at least the last 20 - 25 years.

I had my Porsche detailed by Panda Hub (St Thomas location) in April 2025, and the experience left me extremely disappointed. Due to both the quality of the service and what I believe to be misleading advertising, I decided not to use this company again. At the time, I chose not to leave a review. However, after recently seeing numerous false advertisements promoting the same claims, I felt compelled to share my experience. I paid more than $250 for the regular detailing service and was advised the detailer would spend approximately three hours on the vehicle. In reality, the work was completed in roughly 90 minutes before the detailer departed. My biggest concern relates to Panda Hub's advertising. Exceptionally pleasant and hardworking technician did an outstanding job. Very happy with all communication, and service, BUT the originally scheduled technician, and all communication came from "Amir" who was apparently ill and did not come. My technician was "Mehrnoosh" and I had difficulty sending an online tip to this person as the website continues to show the work done by Amir. Would recommend Mehrnoosh, and have her again anytime we need her.

I have used Panda Hub a few times now and can only say good things about them. I’ve done both the most basic package, and then also added pet hair into the mix, and both have produced really impressive results. I drive a loooot for work, so my car gets used as a place to eat, work and much more. I do not have time to clean or detail my own car. The results and convenience of Panda Hub is life changing for me.

I am living in Wellington. I have organized my car wash service for Sunday. First, they sent me a message that one of its partner will come to clean however no one came. And no one gave me update about it. If I did not send an e-mail to them, they were not aware of that.

Terrible communication, cancelled 30 mins before the detailer was supposed to arrive. It’s just a third party that hooks you up with random detailers anyway, so look elsewhere. Here’s the text that you’re supposed to take as notice your appointment is cancelled:

The pro arrived on time. He was kind and professional. I left him to do the job and told him he could ping me anytime if he needed anything, but he worked independently without any problems. My car came out cleaner than before, but there were still some areas of my car that I wish he cleaned a little better — the carpets in the interior and trunk still had visible dirt particles (that were likely missed during the vacuum stage or introduced by the pro during the cleaning process), my WeatherTech mats did not look fully cleaned (they just looked like they were hosed down) and they were replaced while wet instead of being left out to dry first, the exterior of my car still had bug residue and dirty areas, etc. All in all, I did not feel get thet “new car feel” that was promised with the Revive package. I had high expectations for Panda Hub’s detailed car wash service, especially since this was my first time using their company. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The technician arrived over 30 minutes late and left well before 2:00 PM, even though the service I booked was supposed to take over 3+hours. Despite this extended time allotment, numerous areas were completely missed and neglected. I’ve attached several photos to support my concerns. There is no justification for such oversight, especially from a service that promotes itself as offering "detailed" cleaning. I expected professionalism and attention to detail — neither of which were delivered. Update: Following my complaint, Panda Hub investigated the issue and concluded that a $25 credit was sufficient compensation for what was clearly an incomplete "detailed clean"—a service I paid $300 for. First and last. As if I paid 13$. 137$ gone with no service. I do not recommend Karan pro. He is in hurry and less than 1:15. Do not hire this company

I paid for the Revive package and the detailer only did the Panda x. He then left without telling me he was done and, when I went out to my car, I discovered he had not done anything to the exterior besides spraying it with my garden hose and leaving it to air dry and develop water marks. He did not wax it or clean the tires as if paid for. I reached out to Panda Hub, providing multiple pictures showing the issues, and was offered a $25 credit. The difference in what I was provided and paid for is significantly more than that. I have followed up and asked that they refund half of what I prepaid or send a different detailer out to complete the job, and will update this upon resolution. So far, this company appears to be a scam.

Wow... I ordered a cleaning for $189. 2.5 hrs He cancelled on the day, and we rebooked the next day. He arrived said "that is a big car."... don't expect a brand new car look. I said, well you will at least vacuum? He said maybe he has to take pictures first. I said, well it say 2.5 hrs work.... he said. no no no So I said no and took the 10% cancellation fee instead.

The service and communication from the minute I booked was unmatched.
