This place sucks this place is absolutely horrible. They did a filling for me. I wanna say a 4 years ago and I went to a new dentist and they said that filling was so bad that now my new Dentist is gonna have to replace the filling that they already did I recommend you don’t go here. Stay away from here. This place even offered me a clean whitening after I did an examination on my teeth after we the fillings, I come I come to get my free whitening to go. We can’t do it anymore. You have to pay now for it when the front host women told me a completely different story This place lies to you. They do bad feelings. They don’t check cavities. Well if I can give this place to zero I would do not go here. Sake

I made an appointment at Woodbridge Smile Centre for my husband’s Invisalign consultation, and I was present during the visit. We drove 40 minutes to the clinic, expecting a thorough discussion about the treatment, process, and costs. Unfortunately, the consultation lasted only about two minutes, and we left with almost no new information. Most of what we learned was because we asked questions based on our own research. We didn’t even realize the appointment would be so short until we went to another clinic, where the consultation lasted over an hour. That second consultation provided so much detailed information about Invisalign that it made us realize our drive to Woodbridge Smile Centre was essentially wasted. I had a disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The younger receptionist seemed nice, but the older one was not very helpful. She pushed for booking tests without clarifying insurance costs, and got frustrated when I wanted to cancel. The dentist was OK, and the hygienist was really great. However, the experience with the receptionist was enough for me to decide not to go back. I had been looking forward to making this clinic my regular dentist, but that won't be happening. In fact, I told a family member about my experience, and they've decided not to return either. Definitely won't be recommending this clinic.

Very poor experience from the receptionist and telling me how to behave after I told them I am moved to another dental office closer to my house.called and pestered via multiple test messages.Not a kind conversation at all and I have the right to choose on whom my dentist to be.

I had the worst teeth cleaning experience at the Woodbridge Smile Centre. The lady doing my cleaning was so rude. I booked a cleaning only, but she kept trying to upsell me to see the doctor and do x-rays. She spent like 10 mins cleaning (it was supposed to take 30-45 mins) and she kept going to the next room to see Dr Aryan. She kept arguing with me and telling me how I needed surgery immediately and she wouldn't do the cleaning. I could hear her arguing with someone (I presume the Dr.) in the next room. Since it was in their native language so I couldn't tell what they were saying. She was simply horrible and I have never seen such a hot headed dental hygienist. Then Dr. Aryan took me to his room and said that if you don't like her then we will change her "no problem, you are the client.". No mnetion of surgery, however, they charged me full amount for cleaning which wasn't even 30% do

It was my first time going to Woodbridge smile centre yesterday for a teeth cleaning, my sister recommended the spot to me. The staff is super friendly and it’s amazing that they’re open on a Saturday. Nicki was super helpful with booking my appointment. See you again in six months :)

They have a great facility .friendly and helpful staff pain free cleaning.

Location is convenient and I also enjoyed the automated reminder system.
