Broadway Dental Clinic

I had a great experience at Broadway dental clinic. I came in for a routine cleaning, general check-up, and X-rays, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Dr. Parsey took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable. My hygienist was Nilab and she was very gentle and thorough with the cleaning. The receptionist Jasmine also very accommodating. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this dental office to family and friends.

I’m really happy with my experience here! From the moment I walked in, the front desk was so kind and welcoming, and the dentist was absolutely wonderful. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in good hands, while also taking the time to answer my questions. Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole visit feel really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and will be happy to come back!

Very accomodating staff and personnel especially the dentist. They care not just my smile but the overall health as well. Also, the location is very convenient and close to the LRT 5. I will recommend this clinic to anyone esp with CDCP.

This was my first dental visit in Canada, and I had a great experience! I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist, but the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the cleaning was much more comfortable than I expected. I really appreciate their kindness and care. Highly recommend!

They have excellent & caring staff. They assure you understand the procedure you require.

Office is okay. However, I found Dr. Parsyeh was unkind, unprofessional, rushing service and has horrible communication skills overall. She did not resolve my family’s dental concerns and gave vague answers and said she will refer us to another dentist…. Was not worth the commute here. Also the parking at the back is tinier than a shoe box and there’s no space to park. To avoid being stuck there for hours until staff is done their shift to move their car, it’s best to park elsewhere.

Here is the original review (my response to their message follows after): I am flabbergasted that this dental office has such a high rating. When I went, it was quite disorganized and I found out that standard components of a cleaning and check up were omitted or needed to be requested. I felt so uncomfortable that I asked the dental hygienist to stop so I could leave. When I went to reception, I found out the dentist has left before seeing me as well. It was a surreal experience. *** Given their numerous inaccuracies, I'll just add some clarifications for anyone who is interested (the gist is to avoid this office- there are so many better places that it): Of course my insurance would cover the exam (which it was at the other dental office I had to go to after the debacle at yours). Logically why would it cover my daughter’s, but not my own. I was never asked if I did/didn’t want to

Cancelled my appointment, gave it to someone else and gave me no good reason for it. The same appointment got cancelled a second time after that (due to potential snowstorm) but my patience is gone. Clearly they don't need my business since they are so happy to give people the shaft at random. You will not come away with the impression that you are a valued customer at this establishment. **UPDATE: Asked them for my dental records and was greeted with a series of sarcastic comments from their receptionist about how the snow is not their fault. I'm not mad at the weather, I'm displeased with the clinic for cancelling the first appointment without reason, which led to this second appointment needing to be scheduled in the first place. Downgraded to 1 star for the extremely rude behaviour from staff.

This place used to be great. I've been going for 6 years. However, it seems like the service has deteriorated ever since Dr. Parsey bought a second practice. On multiple occasions, we have had mix-ups regarding appointment bookings. The most recent occurrence was related to a rescheduling. The entire conversation was done via text, so you would expect there to be clearer than a phone call, but somehow the receptionist had confirmed an appointment without entering it into the system. We showed up at the confirmed new appointment time, only to find out that the system still had the old appointment. There was a younger dentist at my last cleaning. I don't know how long she's been at the clinic, but it was my first time meeting her. She never introduced herself to me, so I have no idea what her name is. She told me I had a cavity (my first one), and at the filling appointment, she started

Staff is disorganized and rude. Went to have my teeth pulled and the one doctor said they were going to do something then when I went in the next doctor told me he wouldn't do it. So I left and found a far better clinic. I then wrote a bad review so they accused me of being a drug addict. I think they had the original taken down. Originally they replied that I was abusive towards some women Staff to discredit me. They bride patients to write good reviews. They even called me offering a gift card to have my bad review removed. So if you are coming to this place because it's close or they have good reviews I really would rethink coming here. Super unprofessional how they have treated me. The staff are amazing, the prices are affordable & the service is exceptional!!

I had a filling on a tooth after it was chipped due to a cavity decay.

UPDATE: Just finished my Invisalign treatment and I couldn't be happier.
