I love their Lavash bread while the Taftoon bread is also great. I recommend this place as I am their customer for more than 5 years and I am always happy with them.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. My husband was given the wrong bread, and when he returned to exchange it the same day, the older woman behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. She grabbed the bread out of his hands without saying a single word and then practically threw the correct one back at him. Mistakes happen, but this kind of behavior is inexcusable. No apology, no basic manners just hostility. We will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting even minimal customer service. Honestly the bread is amazing but as an owner if you see this many bad reviews about the older woman working then you need to train her better or maybe replace her!

The best quality I've seen among bakeries in Toronto ! Be sure to try it, you won't regret it.

I went to this store to buy a number of barbari breads. The general quality of the barbari bread was below average despite being more expensive than similar bakeries. Moreover, most of the breads "reserved" for me were partly burned. When I asked the lady at the counter to change those for me, she flatly refused.

I love Shatter Noruz Bakery for their delicious taftoon—it’s always fresh, soft, and full of that authentic Persian flavor. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome every time. Great bread, great people—highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Baba’s Burgers! The burger was absolutely delicious, fresh, and surprisingly light, with the perfect size — I was completely satisfied and full afterward. The fresh-cut fries were excellent as well. I noticed the oil they use for frying was very clean and fresh, which really made a difference. I also loved the fresh peppers on the burger — they had great flavor and just the right amount of heat, not too spicy. A special thank you to Saeed, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a great conversation, and his hospitality made the experience even better. The service was excellent from start to finish. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommended!

The Best Persian Bread!

The bread is of good quality and is great. Why I have given them 1 star is for their price discrepancy. Depending on who serves you, they charge you different price for bread. 3 weeks ago a young guy served me and I paid $4.50 for 5 Taaftoon. 2 weeks ago an older gentleman served me an I paid $5. Last week a lady served me and she charged $6. There's absolutely no transparency. There are a couple of other bakeries nearby which I will go to next time.

My 1st and last time...very very rude and impolite old lady. Unbelievably with awful attitude. I am not sure how she works there, likely she is the owner. She has no idea how to treat a person (customer). I am not more if she knows she lives in Canada.

The woman working at this bakery has an incredibly rude and awful attitude. Went in looking for barbari bread and they didn’t have it so we respectfully declined the other options she offered us to which she responds “so what do you want me to do for you” and proceeds to walk away from us with her arms at her side. Please do not do anything for me as we will not be coming back to a place with such a disrespectful owner. EDIT - Incredibly embarrassing of you to fabricate an entire lie just to make yourselves look better instead of addressing your employees' attitude problem. None of us asked for kabob nor did we ask for an Afghan restaurant. This was our first time stepping foot in the bakery and the reason we went next door to the restaurant is because we were confused on why your store is blocked off and the lady told us the entrance is through there. Bread is amazing, definitely one of the best lady there isn't the friendliest so does need some imorovements in customer service. But I went in at 4:30pm and despite hours on the website and the sign out front says they close at 5 on Sunday it was closed. If it was 10 minutes before, I'd let it go, but I drove out of the way to make it 30 minutes before closing kind of disappointing.

The best bread that I have ever eaten in GTA. Their "Lavash" breads are amazing. I drive about 40 km every week to get their breads. Very high quality products. The staffs are very polite and professional. I have never been disappointed. Give a try and leave you reviews :)
