One of the best places for Sangak, and honestly one of the best Sangaks I’ve ever had! The moment you get close, the smell of freshly baked Sangak takes you straight back to Iran and brings back so many beautiful childhood memories. The two ladies working there are incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. Their warm and friendly attitude makes the experience even more enjoyable. They also have a little selection of Persian favorites to enjoy with the bread, including cheese, Halim, and Ash. It’s a little taste of Iran that brings back the flavors and memories of home.

Uncle Reza’s Sangak Bread is always fresh, perfectly crisp on the outside, and delightfully soft on the inside. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into baking every single piece. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and fast, making the entire experience wonderful from the moment you step in. The atmosphere is warm and authentic—you instantly feel like family here. Highly recommended to anyone looking for fresh, traditional bread! I will definitely be coming back regularly.

The two ladies at the front desk were super nice, friendly, and welcoming! Especially considering how busy and stressful things can get during the holiday season, they were both very kind and helpful. I really appreciated their positive attitudes and great customer service!

Fresh and tasty Sangak bread, baked early in the morning — excellent quality! Each bread is about $5.5 but totally worth it. They also offer traditional breakfast options like Haleem and Ash, which are super flavorful and authentic.

They have the best sangak bread, but unfortunately they don't follow proper hygiene. They handle the bread without gloves, and then touch the cash register and the payment terminal with the same hands. Overall, their hygiene is poor and they don't observe it at all.

I went into the store and asked for a sesame bread with sesame seeds on both sides. Initially, I was told that they would arrange the order. A few minutes later, the woman who brings the bread from the baking area asked me what I wanted. I repeated my request for sesame bread on both sides. Moments later, she brought a loaf from behind a wall, out of customers’ sight, and handed it to me. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this. Based on my previous visits, there seems to be a recurring practice of pushing bread that is no longer fresh out of the oven. When I said I wanted freshly baked bread, I was told they did not want to keep me waiting. Yet just seconds later, I was handed a loaf with sesame seeds on only one side, without any explanation that it was different from what I had ordered. Unfortunately, despite my reluctance to return because of this practice

I am writing this review to share my experience with this store owner. During a busy time when the parking lot was full, they blocked a spot in front of the store for themselves. According to Ontario law, this is illegal, and no one is allowed to block a parking spot with a stand. This behavior is unprofessional for a business owner. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, with no priority or reservation options. I do not recommend a store that operates with such behavior.

The costumer service was disappointing. We called in earlier to order some bread, but when we arrived they didn’t have it prepared and instead of apologizing or asking us politely to wait for a bit they accused us of not calling before hand and not being timely enough. The problem is that not only did they not take responsibility for their mistake, they also made us feel at fault! The bread was really mid as well! Nothing special at ALL!!! Plus they charge more than other places.

The price of the bread was $5 like other shops and we were happy. Recently they increased the price to $6.5 that made me and other friends that I know unhappy and we stopped buying bread from them.

When this bakery first started, the quality was good and I was satisfied. Unfortunately, after several years, the quality has declined significantly and it is no longer like before. The bread is much more expensive now, but the quality does not justify the high prices. The behavior toward customers is also very disappointing. The staff treat regular or familiar customers much better and serve them quickly, while new or unfamiliar customers are ignored and often treated disrespectfully. There is a middle-aged man who frequently speaks very harshly and humiliatingly to a female employee, shouting at her in front of customers. The same aggressive and rude behavior is also directed toward customers. Overall, the service is impolite, unprofessional, overpriced, and the quality of the products has dropped. It is truly disappointing to see how this place has changed over time.

You falsely advertise your business hours. I’ve visited twice at noon and once at 9 AM, and each time your business was closed. Are customers supposed to be a joke to you? You can’t expect people to keep showing up only to find the doors locked. Update your hours and respect your customers’ time.

The owner is very kind and the quality of their service is fantastic.

This place has truly set a high standard for Sangak bread in the area.
