I contacted Beaver Accounting because I was looking for an accountant to handle my corporation’s accounting and taxes. When I called to book an appointment, Vahid took the time to patiently speak with me, answering all of my questions about corporate taxes, and my specific situation before I had committed to any services. Vahid patiently explained my options, answered every question thoroughly, and simply said that he would be happy to book an appointment for any services that I felt would be useful. I really appreciated that approach. It showed that his focus was on helping me understand my situation first, rather than trying to make a sale. It’s refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping. Based on my experience so far, I would highly recommend reaching out to Vahid and Beaver Accounting if you’re looking for honest, professional advice.

I would highly recommend Mr. Hosseini to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring accountant.

The customer service is spectacular. He is knowledgeable in his area and values the relationship he forms with his clients.

I would strongly recommend doing your own research rather than relying only on the ratings and stars shown on Google Maps for this business. Based on my personal experience, I have serious concerns about whether these ratings accurately represent the quality of service. I want to share my concerns about how the high Google rating may have been achieved. In my experience, during the first meeting, the service was presented very positively, and I was encouraged to leave a five-star review immediately afterward. I felt that this request happened before I had the opportunity to experience the full quality and reliability of the service. Let me share a few things about my experience with this accounting service. First, despite the website presenting a larger team, my understanding was that there was essentially only one person handling the works who is the owner of this business. This raise

I was promised free service, though I spent 1 month following up for my declaration with Vahid who never had time, only keep on promising. Finally he sent me draft, however didn't have time to discuss and go through it and at the end ignored my calls. I didn't have other option rather go with another accountant who helped me within 2 hours, which cost me 60 dollars only. I don't recommend Beaver Accounting Services since it's simply not reliable service. Better pay to someone or learn to do it yourself.

The worst experience ever, when you call them they pass a phone number to text them in order to call you back but never happens .Even when sending emails you do not receive answers if they are not willing to file your tax .This type of choosing customers selectively when promised to give them services but instead ignoring them, is not accepted by any buisnesses .Never recommend this place to anyone.

I met with Vahid, and he was a great guy in person. No complaints there. He didn't follow up that service very well, though. He constantly took a long time replying to email requests for information (days sometimes), and those replies rarely included the complete information that was asked for. I had to ask many times for certain information, and when I had asked TOO MANY questions (in his mind, despite not answering most of them and not providing me with other vital information), he decided he needed to ask for a retainer (which I would have been more than happy to give him at our first meeting - luckily I didn't!). While I understand I'm taking his time (and that can be valuable) by asking questions, his inability to answer them is what prompted numerous emails. Had he been upfront and provided me with the information he needed (not just parts of the info he needed), it may have been a

Vahid will promise you to get a moon from the sky and later disappear

I was really worried about the issue that I had with CRA regarding an ovedue payment but Vahid’s support and advice made all the difference. He helped me resolve everything smoothly and gave me real peace of mind. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Beaver Accounting Services Inc. this tax season. Vahid is professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, and he took the time to ensure nothing was missed, including deductions I wouldn’t have caught myself. I really appreciated his attention to detail and efficiency. Highly recommend their services and will definitely be returning next year!

This experience set a remarkable benchmark in customer service excellence.

They were super helpful, easy to work with, and really knew their stuff.

They answered all my questions about taxation, payroll and child care benefits.
