Called nanda associate for help with pr program information got connected to immigration consultant Vasim extremly bad communication being extra rude towards clients. Please train your associates to be polite and professional towards customers. Never recommend this agency for anyone....Thank you for your response but i havent seen any kind of patience with your consultant....kindly do start training your employees with good customer service and communication skills rather than covering up issues. Thank you so much .

Sharing a very bad experience where the verbal communication is different from what is mentioned in the process documents. Me and my friend(working at same company) needed help to put my LMIA file with some lawyers at this corporation. While signing up for the process, I was informed(on call) few steps and regarding the refund policy in case of I decide to cancel the process any time. Once I signed up and paid 1500+tax as initial fees, the process itself went very slow. I never received a single call from my lawyer or his assistant. Our employer posted a job review and by mistake it was not in correct format. Lawyer took a whole month and said "it was wrong and you need to post again". Wasted our whole month. We were never informed(Not verbally, not in email) about posting at multiple job posting. And then they pushed us saying everything was transparent. Refund Issue: Yes, it is mention

Bad experience. In 2018 i went vasim to apply my OIPNP. He didn’t submitted my file on time and missed the deadline. They refused to take the accountability for the mistake, refused to refund, didn’t replied to my email when i asked for the copy of my retainer agreement. Don’t waste your time.

I booked consultation with them to get advise Very unsatisfied service.. seems to be like not interested to help at all. Very rude lawyer . In the beginning, it was seems to be like closure appntmnt. Laywer name vasim. This is not my first experience with nanda lawyer. Previously I requested appntmnt for making will. Nobody return call or followed up. I have heard a big name but service not good at all. Never recommend to anyone.

Worst experience with their lawyer named Vasim. I called in to consult regarding my work permit. Instead of helping out and giving solutions. He very rudely saying its your mistake and its the problem you have created . Felt so bad. I am already so stressed, upset and confused what will happen next. Worst consultation ever. If you don’t know how to deal with clients please don’t book appointments and just ruin somebody’s day and make them feel more depressed. Its already hard here in Canada plz guide instead of blaming the student or temporary resident. Thank you

Awsome employees and very quick delivery of service you want.

Staff is very polite and solved my queries without any delay.

They offer alot of services & I would highly recommend this law office.
