Taheri will never speak to you, his unlicensed secretory will act as your lawyer which is not allowed by law, and she is super no good. i see many good reviews but i doubt they are genuine or were even clients of this firm. Legal matters are expensive beware and hire at your own risk.

It is my personal experience is relevant because it refer to my situation a few years ago , i am dissatisfied client .first and foremost he was not helpful at all especially his management and leadership was very poor , secondly he not submitted my documents to IRCC on time . I paid money on time and I request him kindly try your best and win my case unfortunately my case was dismissed because of his carelessness and lack of attention .i was worried about my family and especially about my future , once again i paid money and appeal for federal court the result was negative. To be honest I wrote this review because they have pay attention to clients situation and must learn from they mistakes done by them .

Not recommending Djawid Taheri to anyone. The worst afghan lawyer ever. They reply to you fast until they take fees and money. Then They always reply late and no professionalism at all. Very bad behavior. Stay away from him and his arrogant assistant.

I should have rated this earlier but avoided. Here I go as I continuously see their unprofessional work and believe should do my part in helping people navigate the right lawyer. my experience was one of the worst with them. There was not a single time that they stepped in and call me for updates on my case, I would get the update from authorities with a copy to them and expecting them to call me for discussion but I was the one who call them and provide the update after long waiting, even then they were denying the updates in the first place till after few minutes of discussion they came to know they did not open their mail box for weeks.

Edited Post: The lawyer and the lady of the front desk are not trustworthy and charged me over $200 for his "free" consultation on immigration (15 minutes of general information was all I received) in 2012 Aug/Sept. The lady at the front desk took my supporting documents I was going to use to sponsor my wife and said if I don't pay them $200 (she said she the lawyers consultation is not free), they will withhold my evidences and documents. Please do not use such organization to represent you during your times of need and difficulties, they took advantage of me and I felt helpless. I was in my early 20's and just got married overseas. There are some incidents that occur in life and one could never get over by how much cheated one got (especially when done by people of the same culture). The most time waster lawyer in GTA, they just need your legal aid certificate number and won’t care to your requests, calls and emails

non of the receptionist know their job every time I called I have explain all the file again and they never responding u very very poor costumer service I'm not recommend to any one to hire this lawyer
