I had a very frustrating experience with Ayandeh Exchange. I transferred the money to their account on February 26, and I was told that I would receive the cash within about one week. However, it actually took until March 15 to receive my money. During this time, the store was often closed, and it was very difficult to get a proper response from them. Communication was poor and unclear. Also, during this period the exchange rate in Iran dropped by nearly 20,000 tomans, but I still received the same amount as originally promised, which made the situation even more frustrating considering the long delay. Overall, the process took much longer than promised and the lack of communication made the experience stressful. I hope they improve their reliability and customer service.

I had one of the worst experiences with this exchange place, and it was only for $200. My friend recommended them since she had transfered money to Iran through them twice before, so I thought it would be fine. Big mistake. The money was transferred to them in Iran within 45 minutes of them giving the payment details, but it took them almost two full business days to send the e-transfer here. At one point they even assumed someone would physically come to Toronto to pick up the cash, despite knowing the person in contact with them lives in Niagara. That makes no sense. They answered messages late, gave confusing explanations, and when they finally sent the transfer, they didn’t even bother to provide the security question answer with the confirmation. I’m really disappointed with my experience with Ayande Exchange. Since February 23, they haven’t fulfilled my request or paid me. I’ve followed up many times, but all I get are empty promises or no response at all. They often just see my messages and ignore them. Given the difficult war situation, this makes things even more stressful and unfair. Based on what I’ve gone through, I wouldn’t trust them. There’s a real chance they will just ghost you and not pay.
